Santana's guitar cries tears of peace, love, and healing. And everyone who's ever played with him evokes the same musical consciousness when they're on stage with Carlos. This music is true power. If only the so-called leaders of this world could understand this power instead of the power of bullets and bombs.

I saw him do this in Portchester NY, in 1970- best live performance I've seen. (Saw them again in the old Boston Garden in 1972, and it was awful- bad seats and arena.)
