This man is a legend. Every song he brings out is so good. My personal favorite is calm down dearest but i could listen to any of his songs on repeat for the rest of my life
For all the people moaning that "We want the old hip-hop Jamie T back" seriously need to listen to this album properly. What I mean by this is that all artists change there tastes with age and interests and therefore their style changes! If he had just brought an album out that was exactly the same as his other two, then he wouldn't have developed as a person or an artist. I like the change personally, the new, more mature man instead of the angry youth. Give him a chance.
My auntie died two weeks ago. This song was on the radio when my mom and I were riding as fast as possible for saying farewell to her. Every time I listen to it, I remember the ride. Love you, tía Mela ⚔️
Come back Jamie T.....Im 42 now so probably not the target audience but still recognise this guy is one of the finest british artists in the last 20 years
Really, I don't know where I listened this song ( maybe a tv serie, a film, videogame...) so I added to my list, many years ago..nowadays still listening like the first day.
Anyone catch the zombie arm flipping someone off at 2:55 lol. Can't believe how late I am to this song, I always loved Sheila, didn't realise it's Jamie t that I'm into. Being British (sheffield), him and Arctic monkeys really hit home.
+tom Pang A lot of them are big on realism, especially the ones that aren't *too* popular. Less singing about beautiful women in bars in LA and more just about scruffy relationships n that :D
+Sam Ba yeah i completely agree with you as I live in England i see what you mean because all the world sees as a good life is an american one but honestly English bands tend to be about that it feels good to come from England even though it may not be as clean as whats expected in America but still british bands are at their best singing about real situations without a 'seizure warning' music videos with lasers and shit like going across the screens music video. British bands are real gritty but real and i fuckin love it.
No way! Safe to say you get more than us in NZ. (if this makes you angry, I'm not technically a kiwi) I nearly cried when Incubus went to Aus but didn't get that extra couple of hours to here!
This is so Jamie T - and this is so great! He is one of the artists, that doesn't need to change his style of music every album, because it's just good as it is. Stay authentic and humble, Jamie! Cheers from Vienna, Austria!
Been a fan of Jamie since the start. Anyone being negative about this, while you are welcome to your own opinion, should have more faith. He has an insane amount of talent, and this song is no different. I for one can't wait for the new album.
Lyrics have always been stellar for Jamie T, and this one is defnately up there too in the verses. People just listen to the chorus which is a bt more accessible in style and write off the song sadly even though they say they're fans.
Same shit here. Just askin', no offence. How old are u? I am 47. Just trying to figure out why some emotions can be hidden so deep inside, that people prefer not to mention anything their existance? And there's only one 21-year lad who sais look it's just everythhere...
It's hard cause I think a lot of people miss the raw aspects of panic prevention, but I suppose as an artist evolution is key and this is what we are getting now, an evolved Jamie T, same as kings and queens. I 'll never forget the chinnerys gig in South End on Sea, I think it was the day before V, an absolutely charged set, I WENT ABSOLUTELY BERSERK WHEN IKE AND TINA & OPERATION CAME ON! Got my tickets to for Bristol O2 this morning, can't wait....
Legend, singer song writer, how can any of you even try to criticize? his songs put a different spin on things and I agree that Salvador was in itself EPIC and i seen him on my 30TH birthday live at the social in Nottingham and he couldn't even play it because it was simply him and his bass guitar and he was brilliant and i admit that some of Jamie's latest tracks can be deemed as a bit corny or cheesy but!!!! that was his point, and if none of you got it then shame on you, but this latest track(Zombie) is simple rock and roll and BRILLIANT and are you gonna argue with him about making records, seriously!!!!!!
Really happy that he's back and I like this. To all the negative comments saying its not like his old stuff and therefore not good, yeah, its a little more wet than his usual but you have to take into account this is released as a single and is supposed to attract commercial attention in order to promote the album, its not to say the entire album will be like this one single. Just enjoy it and wait for the album.
Wtf why is there so much hate for this? I've been a fan since the debut, he was the soundtrack to my teenage years and I think this is the best song he's ever written!
When I heard this I didn't know who it was so I googled "Walking Like a Zombie" thinking I would get the band Army of Lovers who had a same track name. This was funny which endeared me to it. Goog one JT 😀🙂
How has this got any dislikes? It's amazing. It's uplifting, vocals are sweet and it's perfect for October. Each to their own i guess but this tune is QUALI-T.
i like to think my youth started with 'franz ferdinand - take me out- released:2004'. which came out in my first years of secondary school. i loved the indie bands back then. in between 2008 - 2014, i wasnt a massive fan of the british indie bands. but this song, this song gives me the same feelings, the nostalgia, of the songs i loved during my teen years. its a cool tune!
Ah, I wish this was released much earlier like 2005 so I could listen to this while playing dead rising 1. Just came back to listen to something I enjoy, zombies. Always
Emotional song for me Listned to this on a long drive upto Scotland after finding out my grandad passed away Absolutely love this song but always takes me back to being in the car with my dad Probably the worst drive of my life
You might have heard of Catfish and the bottlemen but if you haven't you should listen to them too they're really good but in all honesty that's personal preference
This choon made me come here to share it on fb cos I think it's class! I've never heard of the kid and will now go find out more about him on spotify so please don't diss ppl here for there talents. Some of us are with family & lose touch so need things like this to keep us young lol ;) be nice, smile and share the love n choons :)
It's good I just hope it grows on me more... Just bought tickets for LDN :) I hope they perform it faster. This track would be amazing if the tempo grew quicker as it progressed haha

this will forever be one of my favourite songs, my dad showed me this song with i was younger and 9 years later i still love it!!
This man is a legend.
Every song he brings out is so good. My personal favorite is calm down dearest but i could listen to any of his songs on repeat for the rest of my life
Brilliant artist
Love calm down dearest

JAMIE T + THE BLUE COLLARS = Music Heaven. British bands are taking over right now!! USA take note, this is how it’s done
I could not agree more. British bands are taking over
America cant write rock music, theyre too cheesy
usa sucks balls
I have to agree with you.
Completely agree,yes Britain👍
For all the people moaning that "We want the old hip-hop Jamie T back" seriously need to listen to this album properly.

I am the only one who thinks how good that mop is sweeping up that blood?
Yeah it never works that well annoyingly
Chilli-Ice Olive-Abode @FBI
Vileda collab in the future? Missed opportunity! Also this might be very middle aged of us.
LIFE TIME MEMBER OF THE T GOONS !!!!! LOVE JAMIE T 2024
My auntie died two weeks ago. This song was on the radio when my mom and I were riding as fast as possible for saying farewell to her. Every time I listen to it, I remember the ride. Love you, tía Mela ⚔️

He's back. He had a new song out last month. New album coming.
Super infectious new tune from Jamie T! In more ways than one... ;-) We've made this a Vevo UK MUST SEE! Love it!

Really, I don't know where I listened this song ( maybe a tv serie, a film, videogame...) so I added to my list, many years ago..nowadays still listening like

ouu yeah!
Inbetweener soundtrack I think
A dash of The Libertines here, nice. Jamie has something so unique in his voice, such a pleasure to hear him again.

Love this tune. The bridge from 2:10 is my favourite part, so rad!
Why British bands always catch my feeling?
because theyre the best ones?;)
+tom Pang A lot of them are big on realism, especially the ones that aren't *too* popular. Less singing about beautiful women in bars in LA and more just about scruffy relationships n that :D

Because the feeling your experiencing is great taste 😏
Because we are not the best looking people so we have to make up for that with our music
Seeing these guys tomorrow night as an opener for Blur.
+DominatorGaming its funny, once you say that I started hearing some similarities c: love them both
Ra isgud
So do I c: They're really great live! (so are Blur obviously)
You lucky thing! Jealous to be honest c': We don't get too many bands over here!
Ra isgud
We don't either over here! Aus is cursed like that. Prior to this years show they hadn't done one in 18 years (in Aus) You know :P
No way! Safe to say you get more than us in NZ. (if this makes you angry, I'm not technically a kiwi) I nearly cried when Incubus went to Aus but didn't get that extra couple of hours to here!
Pretty sure at 4:55 that dismembered arm gives us the finger 🤣
its quick but it does it!
Idk what just made me think of this song so many years later. Had to come back for a watch and a listen. So catchy.
Tune of the year for me Mr T, quality, so catchy that chorus. Jamie T is back with a banger.
This is so Jamie T - and this is so great!
He is one of the artists, that doesn't need to change his style of music every album, because it's just good as it is. Stay authentic and humble, Jamie!
Cheers from Vienna, Austria!
I need someone that loves this type of music, loves to read, and will listen to me when I'm sad. I just really need someone like that
Been a fan of Jamie since the start. Anyone being negative about this, while you are welcome to your own opinion, should have more faith. He has an insane amount of talent, and this song is no different. I for one can't wait for the new album.

So great to see bands playing instruments again and having a whole Lotta fun with their imagination
This song deserves more recognition. A LOT more recognition
Hope EVERYONE playing this last night!!! LOOL - one of the best songs EVERRRRRRRR
Stumble upon this gem in a random spotify playlist. Now it is one of my fav songs
How the fuck do I know this song? I heard it on the radio this morning and recognised it instantly, has it been in a film or something?

probably the most underrated artist britain has right now sheila was my tune growin up and favourite song of his but this comes close👌👌
It is so reassuring to know that punk rock is neither dead nor buried.
Well apparently it is dead. But it seems to be walking around and performing :P
Desde México les mando un saludo. Un gran mensaje tiene su letra. Sin dolor no hay ganancia y así es. . Felicidades Jamie T👌👍
Really happy that he's back and I like this. Hahaha, I always lose my shit when the drummer drops her stick. I love these guys :D
I spent ages trying to find this and was not disappointed
I have been listening to Jamie T for many years and he hasn't made a bad song yet!!! Keep it coming brother!!!!
When I was 8 my older brother showed me this song, he’s now migrated to America, this is one of the only things that reminds me of him, 🥺
Wtf why is there so much hate for this? I've been a fan since the debut, he was the soundtrack to my teenage years and I think this is the best song he's ever written!

I like it,gets yer feet tapping, got a lot of time for Jamie t and cannot wait to see him live in Manchester,
one of my fave tunes of all time 😍😍😍😍
THE MIDDLE FINGER 2:54 HAHAHAHA
How has this got any dislikes? It's amazing. It's uplifting, vocals are sweet and it's perfect for October. Each to their own i guess but this tune is QUALI-T.
If people still listened to good music this song would be topping the charts right now.
Even after 5 years it's amazing
Wonderfull .......................what a tune ...just love jamie to bits
This is such a quality tune
i like to think my youth started with 'franz ferdinand - take me out- released:2004'. which came out in my first years of secondary school. i loved the indie bands back then. in between 2008 - 2014, i wasnt a massive fan of the british indie bands. but this song, this song gives me the same feelings, the nostalgia, of the songs i loved during my teen years. its a cool tune!
I fucking love this!
Elliot keeps on giving me reasons to love him.
Me too!
love it how at 2:54 the hand the drummer is using gives the middle finger
theyre missing some limbs and still play very good music.
some bands with all limbs cant do that.
def lepard
PetraPe it’s just a video mate, chill out
@@Scous3mann yeah haha, Rick Allen is actually missing a limb and plays better than most modern drummers.
Your clearly not aware of the Lepard
@@Scous3mann what I was thinking
not sure about the video, but the song is great. Heard it the other day when it was Radio 1's track of the day. Love a bit of Jamie T
Ah, I wish this was released much earlier like 2005 so I could listen to this while playing dead rising 1. Just came back to listen to something I enjoy, zombies. Always
Just started listening to zombie again & other earlier stuff, why did I stop playing his music???
Never heard of y’all. You now have a new fan!
I keep coming back to this song it’s just too good
Emotional song for me
Listned to this on a long drive upto Scotland after finding out my grandad passed away
Absolutely love this song but always takes me back to being in the car with my dad
Probably the worst drive of my life
I’m sorry for your loss mate, keep strong 👊
I hate being from the States and not knowing what music is taking off in Europe. I'm amazed I've never heard this.
In all honesty he's not made it huge here. This was a bit of one off as far as I'm aware but it's amazing none the less
You might have heard of Catfish and the bottlemen but if you haven't you should listen to them too they're really good but in all honesty that's personal preference
strem a uk radio station called "radio x" for indi/alternative types of music like this..
He has a cult like fanbase. Not lots of fans but the ones he has are huge fans.
I guess but this song is easily the most 'easy to get into'!
Cant wait 4 the new album been a long time coming plz com back to portsmouth or try and do next years victorious fest in southsea

I've been looking for this song for almost 5 years, I'm so happy I found it❤
That is dedication
Is it bad to say that Jamie and the two guitarists still look good? :o :D
what a tune! Jamie T has his own awesome sound 🔊
Not sure about that for this song lol you ever heard of "The Perfect Day" by Fischer Z? The chorus of this song is almost identical in sound.
Listening to some of Jamie's songs before footy doesn't matter which one it is they always fire me up
love this track, so good to see you back jamie :D
I know it wasn't out at the time... but This would have been an amazing soundtrack for Shaun Of The Dead.
Another top tune from the land of the brit
Quality!
Still on my daily playlist in 2019 😁
The drummer cracks me up. Watch high!
can't listen without thinking WE DIDN'T START THE FIRE
He’s clearly ripped it off.

He played it live at Glasgow the other week, it's great live.
SirTeejay611 That's really good to hear :)
I saw him at reading and this was the only song he played that wasn't from his last two albums, at first I was wondering what was going on but the second time he sang the chorus I was sinking along with everybody else
But he is turning into a zombie and zombies are known to be slow so shouldn't the tempo go down?
Stuart Riddle haha i suppose your right. That'd be interesting.
Friday doesn't start until this song comes on !🙌
I've just discovered this band, and it's a really good one ! Keep going like that! ;)
