You have to buy the storage to be able to buy land and make houses from jobs .Tip take the trash bags and place it on your car to save space .tip 2 the reset button in the shops are important to make sure it is there if it doesn't show what you need it is not in the shop ,and the thing at the back of the one shop is when you do deliveries. Love your content and can't wait for the next episode. 😅
If you take boxes to the trash you get 20$ per box, if you compact the trash you get 60$ per compacted box. So it's worth your time to compact it. Hope this helps.
Spends loads of money on compactor. Tests it for shits and giggles 2-3 times. Doesn't compact his entire truckload of trash before going to sell it anyway 😂
You will need the fuel station to fill the generator. You order the fuel and its delivered. The hose will stretch across to fill the generator up, but remember you need to still have power to run the fuel pump. I'm enjoying watching your play through.
been watching your streams, i play the game myself, you mentioned, that someone had mentioned multiplayer, i see why its needed, i can be done solo but takes a lil longer, the build missions are crazy, i took a contract to build a single story, from start to finish, 60m x90m from start to finish, took almost 5 plus hours of constant gameplay, 4 rooms, and then design it, contract was for 45k, wound up making 78k from it, so yeah its very time consuming when your on your own, if you decide to explore multiplayer id be glad to join yeah, and if youd like you could join mine as well. if not thats fine, i would like to find a few more to join mine.
How frustrating that all your furniture in that big job reverted to their original positions! What a mess that place was! You mentioned that it was a long drive for shopping. When do you get online shopping?
I know this video was posted a while ago, and you won't see this *BUTT* 🍑 👀 If you're painting a small wall the % goes up higher because it's a small wall lol you cover much more of a small wall with one line of paint vs doing a big wall. 🧠 One line on a small wall, and you're already 30% done, one line on a big wall, and you're only 8% done... Need I say more... Okay.... It's probably the same for tile, and also probably takes more paint/tile to do larger areas.

Note - you dont HAVE to do the DesignPoint items they are optional - so if short on cash or time you can just complete the Objectives

I just went for the windmill and battery, expensive but worth it
@@sirmounted8499 I ended up doing the same after i ran out of power and could not pump fuel over to the generator. It is definitely worth it

simple job in this game feels like a big job in house flipper 😂 now I know why they include multiplayer.
anyway you have a nice playstyle
You have to move stuff when you demo, renovate and paint irl. Isn’t this a simulator?

Is this gonna come out for Console ?
