Is it possible to be pregnant after bone marrow transplant? I did it in 2021. My periods have always been regular. after the transplant I do not have a menstrual cycle. I have been using Klaira contraceptives for 7 months. pir, my cycle is still not fixed. I am 35 years old. I have never been pregnant.
greetings from Greece, you are a so positive person and direct and professional at the same time, thanks for the videos. Question: after positiv ovulation test and babydance day after day is it a good sign the pain on the one ovary and pain in general?
Have you ever heard of accutane causing sterilization? I took it twice when I was young, 5th grade and 7th grade. I’m 34 and seem ovulate, get an LH peak, BBT spike after ovulation and regular cycles except I do have a 10 day Luteal phase I think from being on the pill for 13 years. I’m on progesterone so hopefully that helps lengthen it. Thanks! Love you videos!

Hi Doctor, I have been trying to get pregnant baby two for 13-14 cycles but unsuccessfully. The first baby 20 months old now. I checked every cycle by Premom app and all cycles positive ovulation test results and we did bd the the time line but not positive pregnancy test. I told my doctor and he ordered clomid 50 Mg . I took prenatal, vitamin D3 2000, clomid 50mg and I started vitamin B12 2500 Mg and folic acid 400. What is you recommend me?

Is there a increase chance that my D&C is causing my recurrent pregnancy loss? I had a d&C last year due to the fetus having severe. abnornalities. Hi, Doctor Does PGS very important to do who doesn't conceived from last 10years. And if wife is 36 years & husband 41 years and doing 1st time IVF so is it important to do PGS test before FET or not. All reports normal but they both are diabetic. So please reply...
Hi! I have PCOS and am overweight. I've been to a fertility centre twice in the last 15 years and they refused to treat me until I lost at least 100lbs to be under what I was at 18 years old (before medical conditions that make me gain weight). I finally have a family doctor who agreed to give me Letrozole. I'm starting my 3rd cycle now. I do have an appointment at the end of September with a different fertility centre at the end of September. I'm hoping they will follow me. Do you have experience with people who are overweight and ttc? I just need someone to look past the scale and help. Many people bigger than me get pregnant all the time so I don't understand why I kept getting refused even if there are higher risks.
I'm now 41 and feel like it might be too late because I was refused help sooner.
I think you’re underestimating how your weight will impact your body and baby during pregnancy. Higher risk of miscarriage, stillbirth, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, birth defects. Those are just what I know off hand. Weight can be changed and you’re choosing not to. Even with medical conditions it’s not impossible. How do you expect to play or run after your child if they take off? These are very important risk factors your doctors have been trying to explain to you. It’s in your best interest to eat nutritious foods and exercise regularly to lose some weight. You need to help yourself before the doctors can help you.
You're assuming because I'm heavy that I don't take care of myself and eat properly. Very judgemental and ignorant.
Hi doc, I am 34 with PCO, AMH 8.2 and FSH on 4th day 6.22. Estradiol was a bit lower and rest all is normal including thyroid antibodies etc. My tsh came at 2.76 for which doc suggested me a low dose med to bring it below 2.5. Rest I have drastically improved my food over the last 5 months and I am moderately active including brisk walking, pilates and yoga. Inspite of doing 3 ovulation induction as I don’t ovulate timely on my own I have been unsuccessful in conceiving for 1.5 years. Both tubes are patent in SSG and ultrasound of pelvis always reveals no fibroids or abnormal shapes etc. One doctor has suggested go for laparoscopy for further investigation or IVF. Another doctor wants to try more IUI cycle. What is a good path to follow. Are there any chances for natural conception, as my PCO symptoms have almost vanished and vitamin levels are all good now compared to 6 months back.
I have not quite been diagnosed with PCOS. I had a blood test done that said I high levels of Testosterone. I also have no cysts on my ovaries or my uterus. I only have 2 cycles a year with no ovulation. Could this mean something other than PCOS?
Possibly but it is more likely that it is PCOS. You would need to have your hormones tested to confirm.

Hi Doctor, My hormones and tubes are open and semen analysis is also normal. I had 3 iuis but didn't work for me. Any other tests do you recommend.
Without reviewing your labs I could not tell you what else you need.
Can Pcos completely be cured
It can be completely managed and you should be able to get pregnant!
