Awesome diagnosis ! We have a 5 series and a 7 series 5,000 lb Electric Toyotas . I hope our local tech has as much common sense and practical skills as you. Our 5 series truck only has 15,000 key hours compared to that truck at 93,000 hours. They must leave the key on all the time.
I love the videos man! Keep up the good work. I have a Toyota 8FBCHU25 that is showing an EO-2 code. Based off the manual use are using it would be the main material handling circuit connection defect. How would i start to diagnose the problem? Thanks for any help. I am a dumbass and purchased a broken forklift off an auction site..... not a smart move on my part. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a 2000 5FBCU25 that powers up but won't move. Is there a chance you can share that electrical diagram with me? Spent days trying to find one online with no luck. Hope you can help!
Hi good evening I watch you video and very helpful But I want to know if you can help me solve one problem with the same code E0 but with a different display
I see weird stuff like this all the time. Best one ever was someone had taken power from the battery by using a self tapping wood screw straight into the battery positive cable! The problem is that they dont know how stupid they are!
Hey do you have info on a doosan b15T-7 I have one with a no horn issue. No steering wheel horn or rear grab bar. Horn itself works. Horn sensor is new. I don't get battery voltage at the horn wiring. Only 9 volts. Which I'm assuming that's why my horn won't go off due to not seeing 12volts. My 20amp acc fuse is getting battery voltage. How can I loose voltage in that circuit?
@matthew placencia sounds like its loosing earth somewhere, or dc to dc converter has an issue. Do other 12v items work? I assume the truck is 48v. I'll try and pull a wiring diagram.
@matthew placencia I'll have to get onto my service portal and pull a wiring diagram. Sounds like a wiring issue if all else is good. How far have you traced back so far?
Thank you for making the videos. I always enjoy them.
Perfect job

Not necessarily. The display has been changed and the hours I believe is kept in the display unit.

Would you by chance have a link to where I can get the applicable service repair manual for a Toyota A5FGL25?
