That’s such a good way of describing what is a ‘worry head’. I’ve got 4 lovely teenagers who worry/ be upset etc over ‘stuff’ and I’m goin to tell them ‘not to let haters rent space in your head’…… it’s my new Nanny saying😍.
Never apologize for being good people we and I speak for the majority of us viewers are thankful for the amount of your sharing as is !!! We see good people and good animal caregivers as you both are!!! Great video!!
Wholeheartedly agree!!! Miracles happen every single day but some of us miss them because we don’t have our eyes open and think we control everything…we just need a grateful heart and recognize how truly blessed we are. Love is the answer.🥰❤️🇨🇦
@@leannekenyoung It's true, I've had them happen even before I found God when I was a child, and later on a teenager but didn't realize how or what they were. For example~ I remember when I was around 8 years old I saw my first shooting star and my mother told me to make a wish, so I made one for my half brother, "Who never gamed with me, never gave me gifts, barely knew me, etc", to give me two NES videogames, Mega Man 2 and Jackle. The car with me and my older sister went on our way, and when we got home, he randomly had picked them up in Regina, Sk, Canada that night and thought I'd like them. We were all blown away. ~ I don't know if these events are pre destined or God works on the fly, but I look back half a lifetime later and smile. Anyways, love you and God bless.
Love seeing you guys get a little feisty and shut down the critics! Never met a farmer or homesteader that didn’t prioritise their animal care. My husband and I enjoy your channel so much… Thank-you for sharing what you do, such an inspiration ❤
That’s what I was thinking, too! The critics are usually posting criticisms while watching others make a living and a life, while they themselves, are sitting on their couch or in their favorite armchair…
If yall are You tube stars it is because those of us who have followed you know how much you care for the animals and at least we can vicariously understand how much work there is off camera! I think there must be some jealousy involved in those nasty comments... it is hard hard work to not only go about your lives but to share your experiences to benefit others just compounds the work! You are much loved and appreciated!
You guys are such good care takers of your animals and homestead. This must be the hardest thing about being on UA-cam to have comments from people that don't know what they're talking about. You guys are awesome!!!! I'm also glad you continue to show the rest of us that appreciate you what you are doing. Thank you.
Congratulations at the auction! A nice bit of change for the ole tin can! Kevin and Sarah please know that neither one of you owes anyone an apology concerning how you take care of any of your animals. You have shown from the beginning how well you take care of your birds, rabbits, pigs and cows and the compassion you have shown when there has been problems with them. Also, there is no way everything you do in any given day can be shown in one short video. And by the way I look forward to Wednesdays because I know I will get to see a new video from my two favorite UA-cam stars! Have a wonderful day!
P.S.- I just finished your video. We are a 3rd generation, 350 acre working farm and good stewards of our land and animals. Our farm is bisected by a busy secondary highway, so everyone sees how the animals are tended to. We even had an off duty State Trooper pull his car off the road one day. We had a difficult calving in the field and he rushed in to help! I have been in farming for 50+ years and have followed your channel, with interest for years. Kevin & Sarah, you are excellent stewards of your land and animals as well. You work diligently to learn the best ways to approach any new project and treat your animals with respect. We especially know first hand the cost of getting a large animal vet to minister to our livestock. It is costly, but we make sure it is done. So do you. The money you made at auction is what we are currently getting for our calves. Around $800.00.That is a good price. For us it depends if the animal has good breeding probabilities or is being raised for meat. We have one customer who requires a certain pattern of markings surround the eyes. The size of the heifers can also be critical, depending on the size of the bull. Otherwise the birthing can be difficult.
I was surprised that the amount Sarah and Kevin got wasn't higher and was thinking that having to call a vet out would really cut into their profits. So glad they didn't have to call a vet this time and hopefully it will remain that way for them. Thanks for the interesting info you gave. I'm just a city gal but enjoy watching the homesteaders and learning how they live and work.
Nell Covington- The market in general drives the price of beef, even when our customers buy direct from us. They are well aware what the current market value is. There is also registered stock to consider. The breeding is easier to trace as to what you are getting to improve the blood lines of your herd. Nell, I was raised in Manchester, largest city in New Hampshre, but my mother's side came from a long line of VT and NH farmers. It was her mother who taught me farming and the old ways, along with her brother. He owned a poultry farm and lived the good life, WALTON'S STYLE - 1935). Spent summers on the farm. Now I live the best of both worlds. I would not want to give up my Kitchen Aid food processor, stand mixer or my All American pressure canner! But I do have a kitchen wood stove '-) Diane
Thanks for all your valuable info. Helpful to many. I live vicariously thru Living Traditions Homestead videos at my concrete jungle. I've got 3 tomato & 2 pepper plants from seeds indoor gardening. They're 7 feet tall but few tomatoes. But I'm thrilled they grew at all. Seed to food is a miracle.. I can't have chickens or any crops here, but its awesome your lives are closer to the land as God intended. Creating your own food. Peaceful with magnificent views. God Bless.
Anyone who has watched your channel for long would know you guys would not ever "forget" to feed your animals. Pay no attention to the scoffers. God bless you and thank you for sharing your experiences.
This was another great video to educate us on how things work on your farm. Love that you supplement your animals as they show signs of needing minerals. It's so important to keep them healthy!
Pay no attention to those naysayers!!!! You are awesome and you're making a living doing something you love! And you are humbly proud and well deserving.
There are always some people who will raise objections when they don’t know the whole story 😠 but I hope you didn’t get upset by that comment or take it to heart. It’s obvious to the regular subscribers that you love and take good care of all your animals.
You two are a breath of fresh air, love the videos and seeing all you do. Just everyday living no gloom and doom. Most of us know the world is in a mess so it's a pleasure watching you guys. Take care and be safe
Anyone who has ever owned chickens can look at your flock and know you take excellent care of them. That goes for all your livestock. Thanks for sharing your life and farm with us! Congrats on the sale - that's a fantastic result!
I always look forward to Wednesday morning. Your video is the first one I watch. You two are amazing, you take amazing care of your animals, being a former farm girl I can tell you spend a lot of time with your animals, they trust you and are usually pretty gentle. God Bless you both!!
Those of us who have been following along with you for years know the compassion and care with which you treat your animals. Don't worry about the random miserable person who needs to say any negative thing to try and bring you down. Haters gonna hate. We've got you! ❤
Watched the breakdown on the calves and thought "nerdy farm math"! I love the fact that you have always been up front about costs vs profits .. I remember you doing breakdowns on costs for chickens and heck, I remember Sarah talking to us about costs/profit of selling salad greens and banana bread at the farmer's market. Lots of us have followed you on your homesteading journey. I for one am fascinated by the way you have developed your business plan and am grateful you have shared all of this with us. I commented last week that I finally begin to understand how all the different angles and income streams come together. Thanks for sharing through the years. Thanks for the great viewing we've gotten to see because you let us come along. And thanks for not starving the chickens, you UA-cam stars 🥰🥰
Absolutely! Never apologize - rather ignore comments concerning the care of ur farm. It does not take long for anyone viewing ur channel to clearly see ur diligence and great attention you take to every detail. You radiate ur personal relationship w/The Lord and do not take lightly ALL you are privileged to have, that it comes from and belongs to God. Keep up the good work and ur testimony of serving The One & only True God of Heaven & Earth , The God of The Bible. God Bless you both.
Sorry to hear people are being so critical of your farming / UA-cam priorities, I just want to shake my head ! You both are such great homesteaders and keepers of the land, animals, and preservation. Anyone who is critical hasn’t got anything better to do, hang in there and thank you for sharing your life, love your channel!!
Sandi Brock, a sheep farmer, sprays some colored paint ( chalk?) On the top of her females hind back when she breeds them. If the paint is smudged on her it indicates that they have been bred.
Hey, cow pies happen. That's life. Taking care of the animals is the priority. I have to state here, I follow a number of homesteading and farm families. You guys always go above and beyond to show and explain your processes which, I have no doubt, helps many, many people be successful on their homestead. You do an amazing job!❤
No matter what how hard you try, there will always be someone to criticize what and how you do things. I love how you handle them. I am 78 and knowing I will never do what you do, I still love watching and learning from you. Thank you for sharing your lives with us. God Bless
Gotta be new viewers who were being critical of you. Anyone who has watched you for more than a few months would know that you are excellent to your animals. You guys ROCK! But, I also love how, instead of getting angry, you chose to EDUCATE the critics. That's the way to do it. 👍💜
i enjoy the back and forth between you two , i have a small homested in mich. i have chickens turkey,s and sometimes pigs , id like 2 have rabbits and cows i retired and have time ive seen older vids and your vids are getting better, im going to watch them all, im a christain love god and people great job l subscribe and thumbs up a lot, god bless you in your homesteding,
A work cohort once said to me 'think of the many things you do right in a day'. No one is perfect and those who cast stones should make sure they are perfect. I have enjoyed every episode you two do. It is obvious that you are both conscientious humans.
Your farm is one of the most organized on You Tube. You have a tidy way of working. You learn from failures and celebrate success. A pleasure to watch.
Thank you for the transparency and candor about "finances." It is seldom discussed on YT vids and the information is really valuable to folks considering homesteading. A couple of "mom and pop" butchers/processors are buying right off the homesteads in our area and paying at least as much as the sale barn. Usually eight to 10 cents more per pound than last week's sale price. They often do the loading and hauling. They then sell "grass fed beef" to folks in the surrounding towns, like hot cakes. A good deal for all concerned.
Y’all got a great price because y’all always take great care of your animals!! Ignore those rude people that make stupid remarks that are not true. Y’all are humble and so honest with your homestead ways and that is why I still continue watching y’all for the last several years. I love your show.
You are always gonna get people complaining about something. Like you say, you're animals and chores come first. It's very obvious that your livestock and home is well looked after. Love and God Bless 💖🙏
Guys, don’t worry about the haters, they will always be there. We all love you, you’re working on your own homestead and it’s absurd for anyone to assume they have a say in anything. Put them right out of your mind. They really are to be pitied and prayed for. You’re doing just great and it’s a pleasure to watch your vids. God bless you guys always!
Three quarters of million viewers! Who trusts you, who are coming back to watch and learn about your lifestyle and how you reflect about different subject in your homestead/ farm. And they would like to send you positive energy and blessings for the joy and knowledge you are bringing to our life. Thank you! Everybody knows that you are not a reality TV celebrities. You are far more. Honest, hard working, good people who share their life experience.
It's strange that people think that all you do is video your entire lives. I would never question how you take care of your animals. I just enjoy sharing the parts of your lives that you are comfortable sharing. I am living vicariously through you. I always wanted a farm/homestead. I garden and can what I produce but I don't have the space for livestock. thank you again
Don't worry about what people say! They only see what you record on your camera! That's really unwise to think that you guys can record a days work and every detail, we would be here for 10 hours or more 😅😅😅. So glad you guys are happy to what you made for the calfs. Enjoy your week!🤗🤗
Some of my fondest memories are when Grandpa and Dad would take me to the cattle auction in Cottage Grove, Or. The smell of the concession stand Huge Hamburgers and the excitement of the auction was exciting. I always thought I was going to get one of those ponies.
Kevin and Sarah your channel to us comes with alot of content. Lord#1, family and your life #2. We're only invited for a few minutes. We don't need to complain on what you've sent. It's a wonderful channel since I've been a member. Your not a just there for UA-cam, but a family channel. Your a blessing to us. Blessing
Absolutely love your channel. People who have never lived on a farm or been totally self sufficient don’t realize how much work is involved. Keep doing what your doing and God bless! ❤️
Man people! Stop with the meanness! These animals are clearly loved to pieces while living on this farm. This channel is the most down to earth, kind couple I have the pleasure of watching. I say, let’s start living in a kind-loving world and starts with being a nice human!
Doing what is right for your animals is what makes you amazing UA-cam stars!! Who in the world thinks you wouldn't feed your chickens? Just because you don't show something doesn't mean you aren't taking care of it off camera. Some people aren't the brightest crayon in the box...lol💗
I don't feel the need for a apology. I enjoy what you share, and from everything that I've watched over the years you take great care with all your farm animals. Thanks for putting out another great video. Have a blessed day!
Well I think that the critical comment had to be from someone new to your channel or jealousy, just my thoughts!!! It is so easy to see how much Y'ALL Love and care for your animals, an how well they are kept !!! I think y'all did well for having drought conditions this year ! Very healthy animals, your putting in the water system was money well spent an noted by me ! Thank You for your videos! GOD BLESS !!!
You definitely owe nobody an apology for not showing every detail of your daily choirs. Not sure how many years I have been watching your videos but I do know you are committed to your family and animals. I have learned some things about gardening from watching which I feel is your main goal. Thanks for sharing because I usually pick up some good tips from your videos.
You both set such a great example of how to care for your animals. I love how you research and weigh what animals will suit you first. So many "homesteaders" jump into animals then poof they are getting rid of them. Sounds like you are getting a cold Sarah, must to getting run down with so much to do, remember to care for yourself too❤
Not too bad a price . I remember when we used to get about $1500. per heifer, male calves just a few days old sold between $250-300, then again there were years you couldn't give the calves away. Blessings to you and your families. 😊🇺🇲
About 6 years ago(last time I was at auction) the boy calves from the big dairy production around here were going for $50 to $75 each and then some never sold. It was so tempting to buy one but these were still drinking milk so the amount of time and work and cash involved with feeding them wasn't doable as I was quite sick and hubs works full time. But geez I wanted a couple lol. I love rosé veal and would have gladly raised a couple of I could have afforded it money and physically wise lol
I watch most everyone of your videos, you two are the most hard-working humble people out there. Please don’t ever worry about what some people say, Most of them are just jealous that they’re not on UA-cam. You can tell by the looks of your animals how well they’re taken care of. So just keep doing what you’re doing.
There's always a jerk in the room. Pay no attention to jerks!!! One of my life mottos. LOL You guys have single handedly changed the way I think about food. Either farmer's market food or the store. Someone grew this, took care of it and here it is for me. Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for sharing the auction portion, I love seeing the callers in action, they tickle me calling out the information. Good luck to Charlie and Linda 😊
None of us are perfect. I respect and admire the way you work your farm and care for your animals. Ignore the critics and know that most of us support you 100%. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
I haven't watched the video yet but I just wanted to say I smile when I see you guys posted a video. I feel like you guys show Gods love just in the way you present yourselves. There aren't many people out there like that....and I just feel so grateful that I can watch videos of some people that I admire like that. Thank you for being a light in a dark world. I know God's proud of you guys!
Instead of an (invisible to bovines) fishing rod, try two pieces of 5’ long x 3/4” white polly pipe…this will move them along easily as they can see the pipe, also it gives you a 15’ reach if you hold one in both hands. Also Kevin, please don’t stand where the cattle can see you when they are being driven into the trailer….get in there with your wife and walk them all in nice and quietly. Hope this helps you both.
"Haters gonna hate" you guys are wonderful. I have learned so much with your videos that has allowed me to create a plan for my family knowing what we can handle with the pros and cons you share with regards to your experience with the livestock you choose to keep. The best way to get rid of negative followers is not even address their comments, they are like children, if you don't reward their bad behavior they'll stop! Love you guys!!
Good evening Kevin & Sarah Nice check from the sale of your calf’s 👍 You two are the best & always a pleasure to watch your videos … I’ve been watching a while now & saw how well you took care of Hope & her baby ❤and the other calf also .. all of your farm animals are treated well & I like that you and Sarah aren’t negative 🤗 I always leave feeling good and I’ve learned something new after watching your awesome videos 👍 That’s why you’ll make it to a million subscribers soon because we like you guys Your the best … Take care Brenda
I have no worries or complaints how you take care of your farm. Some people don't realize not all is shown miniute by miniute on videos as well television. Vedios also get edited due to rule for posting online or view. Love your channel. 🧑🌾
I wanted to come on here and tell you that you have a new fan and she’s 5 years old. I put your video on my phone this morning to listen to while I was walking around and getting my kids ready for school when my daughter heard you talking about the calves. She took my phone and sat down and was glued to it until the end. Lol
Kevin and Sarah just so they know! Because anyone who has followed your channel for the last few years would already know that such a comment that accused either of you of not being good stewards in any aspect of the functions on your farm would probably without a doubt know that the comments were intended as a dig with who ever making the comments trying to get under your skin. I'm sure that it's not easy to ignore such comments. Although it is my hope that you continue to be the amazing people that you have always been ever since you began the homestead UA-cam journey. I for one have been totally impressed with your business management homesteading skills and information sharing. Thank you ❣️
Thanks for sharing. I like how you have your pens set up. Growing up on a farm most of my life I can appreciate the importance in this. My Dad and brother just sold their spring calves. Since I retired last year, I have been helping with morning chores. And I am sorry someone would think you haven't been caring for you animals.
No need to apologize, life happens. You take very good care of all of your animals. Just because someone doesn't see something happen, doesn't mean it didn't happen. I love that your teaching us raising animals and gardening.
It always amazes me how people respond on videos. They seem to have no idea about life or that maybe you don't share EVERYTHING on YT... it's common sense to feed your animals, etc! You two are amazing. We've watched you for years; you're a household name! You just keep doing what you do and delete the negatives. You're a blessing to the rest of us. God bless you, prosper you, and pour His favor upon ALL you put your hands to do! Double blessing, Lord! 💕🙏🇨🇦 watching from the cold wintery north in BC, Canada!
I love how you share the cost and profit of things along the way. Please overlook the negative comments. Some people just look for something to complain about. You guys are a constant source of lessons and information. I don’t know how many of your videos I’ve saved to go back to as I need them.
Anyone that knows you knows how hard you work. You can’t show everything on camera or you would never get done with your work. Congratulations on selling those calves!
Haters gonna hate. Please don't give much credibility to the negative comments. Anyone who has followed you for any amount of time can see that you are wonderful stewards of the gifts God has given you. Also, thank you so much for sharing a rather private matter as your profit on your calves. We have seriously considered starting a small herd, but we're getting older and we would have quite a bit of infrastructure to build beforehand. This way we are able to access costs to do so before diving in. God's blessings to you both.
Thank you for bringing back fond memories. I remember my daddy taking me to the "Sale Barn" and listening to the auctioneer. It is always fascinating to listen to them. My father has recently passed and this reminded me of him. He and I would watch your videos together. Thank you so much. BTW, only those new to watching you might not know what great stewards you are of your animals. You guys are awesome with them. Sending love your way.
When working your farm you don't have to apologize for not making everyone happy. You are a great supportor to teach what you experience and with that we love and God bless you 🙏 ❤️
I don’t understand the rude comment You guys include us in so much more of your lives than most do and we enjoy it. You owe us nothing So you do whatever you want and we’ll just continue enjoying whatever time you give us. I so appreciate you sharing!! My husband and I have learned so much from you!! Thank you and God bless!!!!!
Yay! I'm always excited when I see you've made a new video. I know you have had a lot going on. You can see and tell how well your animals are taken care of. You both do great with them. And IF you were to busy trying to be "You Tube Stars" you would be putting out a lot more videos! Why some people have to be so cynical! Keep on with your videos. I love watching good clean wholesome videos.
Thank you. It is such a big decision to breed and care for cows. I love learning from you. Six years in and I just keep learning. You two inspire me. 🙏🙏
I cannot believe someone said that to you about your chickens. All of your animals look healthy. You do what you can for them to keep them fed and comfortable you do more than a lot of people do. That’s one of the reasons I like watching your UA-cam video. You don’t holler and scream or prod them with high voltage prods. I like watching your UA-cam because you may remain calm and caring which makes it so much fun to walk through and around your farm with you guys. Take care.
More than most other youtubers, you two take very good care of your animals. I have taken care of horses and various other livestock my whole life and have seen good and bad care. You do an excellent job. From what I can tell, you are extremely organized people, but are also aware that with sharing your life comes even more responsibility to show proper care. So many other youtubers seem to get different animals on a whim and then are overfaced. You have always seemed to have not only done your homework when embarking on something new, but keep any growth to manageable levels. Everything is done with forethought. Glad you don't let people who don't know what they are talking about get you down. You used it as an opportunity to explain. Well done.
Don’t let ignorant people bother you. Some people just don’t think. They’ve probably not done any kind of farm work but think they know it all. I appreciate you both so much! I’ve learned a lot! Thank you!
You 2 are the furthest thing from trying to be "YT stars"! From the start of watching your videos, I've always been impressed with how much you both want to share great information on homesteading and all that pertains to it. From building structures for your chickens and livestock, to thoroughly explaining how to build those structures (from coops to fencing, etc.), and I love that you share the mistakes you've made and the tips for saving time and energy that you've learned from experience. Those details of information are wonderful. You both really want to help people who are interested and wanting to try homesteading, from beginners to established homesteader's. You never act like you know it all. You've shown when you have made mistakes, and how you've rectified those mistakes. Always in a humble way.
You guys are great with your animals. No need to apologize for anything. Thanks for sharing your lives with us. Arm chair farmers, pay no attention. BLESSINGS !!!
Ugh…there will always be critics; they are probably jealous. I’m so thankful for your channel and all I’ve learned from you guys. Keep up the good work! Sarah, you sound a little congested; if so; pray you feel better soon. God bless you both! ❤
I would never believe you were not good to your animals. No matter how good you are, those that live in the negative realm will find something to complain about. You keep up the good work and continue be to good stewards to your animals as you are.
I’m not a farmers daughter, sister or mother. I love learning how farmers do what they do and you guys are very good stewards over you properties four legged or otherwise. So glad to hear you say you were church goers and Sarah always represents the Lord Jesus Christ well on her t-shirts. Sarah, I hope you’re doing well, you sound like you might have a little head cold. Pull out some of your medicinal herbs! Thank you and congratulations on the great selling of your cattle.
Gosh, what an enjoyable video. So glad you got a good price after all your efforts. One thing I am certain of is that your care and treatment of your animals is paramount in your homesteading/farming operations. Being a good steward of all your resources is a part of your core values and that comes through in every video you post. Many thanks.
There will always be haters and negative people. We think you handled the comment about feeding the chickens well without giving them your you tube time. We love you guys and love watching your videos. You are real down to earth people and that's why we love you and continue watching your videos! Thank you!!!
Keep on! You are doing great and don’t worry about ignorant comments are made…those who make hateful comments because they lack knowledge of what homesteading is all about! Pray for them!😊
Thank you for this. We are not currently raising any animals, looking for property to move and raise animals. We are learning a lot from you both and love how caring and kind you are to all.
Bravo on another clear and concise learning experience! I recommend living traditions to any and be homesteaders as the place to start and learns to step by step the art and ethics involved in raising food and living a Godly life. Thank you for all you do. 😊❤
I don't know what is wrong with people that they just have to try to tear people down. It sure doesn't build them up in anyone's eyes. We love y'all and know how much y'all do to take the best care of the animals in your care. Great sale of the calves.
I have been a faithful viewer of your channel for several years now and I continue to watch because of the type of people you show yourselves to be - honest and hardworking. If someone else doesn't appreciate you or the reality you show, then they are welcome to look elsewhere. Those of us who appreciate the world you show us will be infinitely content without their critical input. Good for you!
Both of you are great with your animals they look healthy no one should judge your caregiving of your farm animals. Every thing looks great on your farm. Bless you both.
You both are a joy to watch, and great teachers. Your animals and farm are always well cared for.... I for one, will be happy when the move is complete and maybe we will get more videos. Thank you!
Don't let a few "loud voices" make you feel that you have to explain yourselves. The majority knows how good you are with your animals and land. I have learned so much from you and, although, I don't know if I will ever be able to own a farm, I can still put into practice some things and just love your videos. Thank you for being here!! ♥
Oh Sarah! You have come so far! I remember when y’all got your first milk cow Hope and how you had never been around large animals. Now you’re herding cattle! Y’all are doing a great job!
I get so sick and tired of the trolls running their mouths with negativity. I hope you can ignore them as much as possible. The rest of us love your channel and love you. Thanks so much for showing how to care for a homestead! Blessings and greetings from central Florida.
I know you are enjoying your new home and settling in for winter. Love seeing all y’all do on the farm and with your beautiful animals, thank y’all for sharing. Way to go on the selling of your calves, they will make good beef!
Don't let the haters rent space in your head. We love and support you guys over the years. You are an example to us all.
That’s such a good way of describing what is a ‘worry head’. I’ve got 4 lovely teenagers who worry/ be upset etc over ‘stuff’ and I’m goin to tell them ‘not to let haters rent space in your head’…… it’s my new Nanny saying😍.
Yeah
I like this phrase!! Don't let the haters rent space in your head.😂😂😂😄 This just cracks me up!
Negative commenters are just showing their ignorance. They obviously don't have a clue as to what they are talking about! Ignore,Ignore, Ignore!!!
@@christinenewell2679 Love it. I was taught it this way.
Don't let anyone live rent free in your head. 🤨
Never apologize for being good people we and I speak for the majority of us viewers are thankful for the amount of your sharing as is !!! We see good people and good animal caregivers as you both are!!! Great video!!
Totally agree with this comment!
Hey all, I want to share a few experiences I've had, I hope it helps someone here.
For example~
I remember when I was around 8 years old I saw my first shooting star and my mother told me to make a wish, so I made one for my half brother, "Who never gamed with me, never gave me gifts, barely knew me, etc", to give me two NES videogames, Mega Man 2 and Jackle.
The car with me and my older sister went on our way, and when we got home, he randomly had picked them up in Regina, Sk, Canada that night and thought I'd like them.
We were all blown away.
~
I don't know if these events are pre destined or God works on the fly, but I look back half a lifetime later and smile.
Anyways, love you and God bless.
I never (99% of the time) comment.. But please you don't apologize to idiocies
Love seeing you guys get a little feisty and shut down the critics! Never met a farmer or homesteader that didn’t prioritise their animal care. My husband and I enjoy your channel so much… Thank-you for sharing what you do, such an inspiration ❤

Thank you.
Omg anyone that took time and watched any of your videos would quickly realize how good steward of animals you truly are. Great work you guys
How interesting about the markings around the eyes.
JamJar- yes, some customers want calves with sort of a bull's eye brown circle around their eyes. I guess it has something to do with old traditions.
Thank you, yes I am thankful for all the veido I have seen already.i have learn so much. Pleas ignore all negativities that's being given to you.
My day looks up as soon as you upload another video. ❤
Hey all, I want to share a few experiences I've had, I hope it helps someone here.
Blessing
Don't let what others say bother you.
We always look forward to your next video, someone thinking you forgot to feed your chickens gave us a big laugh 😂. God bless,Love from Florida.
And the ones that aren’t the brightest are often the loudest!
I don't feel the need for a apology. I enjoy what you share, and from everything that I've watched over the years you take great care with all your farm animals. Thanks for putting out another great video. Have a blessed day!
Y’all are so generous with your teaching. Thank you. No need to apologize at all. We know you’re taking good care of your animals.
This was super great to watch. It's nice to see how things work on the farm. Thank you for sharing. God bless your family. ♡
Good price for red calves.
Very informative from some very caring homesteader
Good evening Kevin & Sarah
Nice check from the sale of your calf’s 👍
You two are the best & always a pleasure to watch your videos …
I’ve been watching a while now & saw how well
you took care of Hope & her baby ❤and the other calf also ..
all of your farm animals are treated well & I like that you and Sarah aren’t negative 🤗
I always leave feeling good and I’ve learned something new after watching your awesome videos 👍
That’s why you’ll make it to a million subscribers soon because we like you guys
Your the best …
Take care
Brenda
I LOVE the smile on Sarah's face as she waves that check in the air!!
Never apologize for how you raise your animals. Love your videos & thanks for sharing your journey & lives with us. God bless your family & farm.
My all time favourite homesteaders.
People can be rude. Your animals are happy and healthy
Good Lord, You 2 are Angels trying to help teach all of us. Don't pay attention to Bots !!
Thank you and congratulations on the great selling of your cattle.
they obviously have some very well taken care of livestock and a real nice farm
Gosh, what an enjoyable video. So glad you got a good price after all your efforts. One thing I am certain of is that your care and treatment of your animals is paramount in your homesteading/farming operations. Being a good steward of all your resources is a part of your core values and that comes through in every video you post. Many thanks.
There will always be haters and negative people. We think you handled the comment about feeding the chickens well without giving them your you tube time. We love you guys and love watching your videos. You are real down to earth people and that's why we love you and continue watching your videos! Thank you!!!
Great work ! Thanks for showing us how it works ! Dont pay any attention to the TROLLs ! God Bless you both.
Where the rain doesn't rain in the summer, you have to use hay all summer and fall. You are blessed by your area! So glad for you.
Thank you!
The truth is that you are UA-cam stars! You have earned that by sharing your journey with us and being warm and honest about your experiences.
Isn’t that the truth! 😂
Just because its not on film doesn't mean you didn't do it. We do not see all you do! ❤
