Patterns for the arp is definitely slept on. You can put any midi file in the patterns folder and it will show up as a pattern. You can export a track as midi into your pattern folders and it will be available in the arp. You can use this for basslines chords progressions melodies arps etc etc. Using for drums is great. You can have hi hat patterns and kick drum patterns and 808 patterns etc etc. The possibilities are endless almost. We just need a glide mode already and probability settings and the arp would be a beyond amazing tool.

Think this is my fave video yet. I found the arp but hadn’t seen the pattern part of it. Have a good break, and if you find yourself not making music don’t sweat it. Your creativity will be through the roof when you get back. (I’m a professional kids book illustrator and creative.... so I know what a good holiday does)

I brought mine on vacation too last year. Brought it with me both to Spain and to Australia 😁 It took up quite a bit of space in my luggage but I was very happy to have it with me anyways 😊 My 88-keys keyboard had to stay at home tho 😝
@D MD I don't have a case actually, I packed it on my main suitcase and just brought less clothing lol.
That's so funny 🤣 I had to bring my x with me too and I wrapped it up in a blanket and, so on the road 13 hours... and so far so good. I can't wait to get unpacked and set up.

5:33 a.m. getting ready to head out I thought the art thing was really cool and when you record one track with an art go to the next track and hold down a pad You can stack the arts it's really cool, and has a nice little groove

I wonder if you can make several ARP TRACKS AT SAME TIME or over dub or something to ad more then one sound drums bass drones..... to get things really kicking.... I'm gona mess with that tomorrow when I get home. Thanks!
That's exactly what I did in this song in the beginning I used three arp tracks and then I used tube synth to play a lead 💯🙏

Yup 👍 hold down note repeat and On the bottom right hand side of the screen you will see arp.
To latch your notes together whole shift and note repeat 💯

Midi out of the Mpc into the smith audio out of smith into Mpc

In note repeat you hold shift and arp will show up.
Dude. I hold down the note repeat and that arp doesn't appear. Did they remove it

You can only use the arp on keygroup, midi, plug-in or CV programs. :)
Did they removed the Arp Feature in Version 2.10? I can´t find it?

When you go to pad perform and hold more than one pad it starts the arp for now

Yes all the newer MPC's have arp and note repeat 💯
