Hey guys, today I went on a little solo mission to a groin to catch some Snook. The wind is blowing, so the offshore fishing has been kind of crappy, I decided to go over to an old spot and catch some nice inshore Snook for you guys!

I am fairly new to fishing and I really appreciate you taking the time to show how you are retrieving the lure. Most people don’t do that and when you don’t know how to do it effectively it’s pretty frustrating. I love the teaching!
You’re a natural talking to the camera. Entertaining and informative.
I’m not going to say I learned anything new BUT I can attest that you confirmed a lot that took me 40 years of trial and error to figure out. All you young guys and newbies- hit the EASY button and listen to Adam!
Thanks man, I appreciate you stopping by !
i know im randomly asking but does someone know a tool to get back into an instagram account..?
I stupidly lost the account password. I love any assistance you can give me!
@Ernest Casey Instablaster :)
@Judah Keith i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now.
Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
@Judah Keith it worked and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thanks so much, you really help me out!
More please. Very informative. As usual, your video was "lights out".
Thank you! Will do!
@@MovinWeightFishing yes
Yeah, I like it. It’s very good and very informative. Thank you for telling me how to retrieve that lure especially now that it’s cold, so yeah, more videos please!
Love the inshore snook videos at you're special fishing spot. Would like to see if you could get a small cubera snapper out of that spot, bet one is lurking by that structure. Keep pumping out the content. 2021 will be a big year for Movin Weight Fishing.
Will do
Nice job my grandparents lived in pine Island many years ago. They loved catching snook I live up in the north east snook have the same habits as striped bass love that structure .
The ole voodoo shrimp is a killer bait 🤙
You are good at helping novices and others learn to fish, Voodo shrimp are a great way to fish without buyin those expensive shrimpys. And you really need to get your name on some shades. All fishermen and women need polarized glasses it’s a game changer.
Nice vid, I learned a little regarding wind vs tide. More tips on reading the water would be cool
Noted!
Good info on fishing technique. Maybe you can do a vid on your best fishing knots sometime
Great idea!
I use that same GLF rod for my light setup. It’s a great little rod, handled some decent size snook with it here and there.
Need more like this dog!!
"be honest with you" implies that you werent possibly necesarilly being honest from the jump.. keep it in mind Love ya. Great channel and info, I hope you hit 100k in 2021

I liked this video, so I just subscribed. Better anglers are fishing lighter now.
The Vudu shrimp is a very popular shrimp imitation today.
Lots of folks today are using 8, 10, and 15# second-gen braid.
Thanks, Adam, you are giving us lots of good information. Where are you?
Appreciate it! Stoked you subscribed!
Great video keep them coming. Do you know when your nolivebaitneeded code will be working again by any chance?
Just depends the next time I make a video using them
That size snook are so much fish to catch. Back in the day me and my wife were fishing off a bridge. I only bought a doz. shrimp. caught a couple snook and a couple small snapper. Went thru those had the wife go get more. Took her just a few mins. When she got back had 4 nice one still flopping in the grass. Caught 21 snook in an hour and a half. Oh the good ole days.
Great vid bro
Thanks

Awesome fishing friend

2023 😉 great video bro!
A new pair of shoes? Florida Man doesn't wear shoes!
Go,for Jamaica ❤
I forget the study that did it in Tampa but a snook has a 1 in 4 chance of dieing if not revived correctly.
Yeah, reviving snook is a very necessary step of the process to keep fishery alive for generations to come!
@@MovinWeightFishing great videos it makes me miss home California fishing isn't the same
gleeee!!
Nice video!
Thanks!
Do you think they ever will or should open a Warsaw season?
I loveee these snook vids!!!
Why do you point rod when he jumps up from surface?
To prevent the fish from throwing the hook which happens a lot when fish jump. It's mandatory when tarpon fishing especially.
How do I catch the redfish in Colorado?
Did you bury your reel in the sand? sounds like sand and salt. need some ceramlock on that bad boy.
It’s just my roller bearing... all rolling bearings on ci4s get shot in like a week lol
“Moving weight” more like “MOVING GIANTS”
That was pretty bad not gonna lie
lol
Bad
where are you located?
I just caught 2 pike yesterday with an artificial fake shrimp
Can you catch fluke aka flounder there
I haven't in all my years of fishing there, but i'm sure it's not impossible.
What about In other spots can you catch them in FL
That's the mistake most people make when fishing artificial shrimp. You have to slow everything down especially when the water temps are low. Even in warm water shrimp naturally don't move very fast. They are naturally a slow moving bait and that's why most people don't know how to fish them correctly. SLOW your retrieve waaaaay down and you will, easily triple your hookups😎
Yessir!
Movin Weight Fishing 👍👍😎
where you fishing out of
Definitely need educational videos! Thanks!
I walked 2 miles to get to that spot, gate code please. Private message like last time, thanks. Hey where the heck is Johnson? 👍🏻
Utmost respect - I saw what you did with those tag ends, and that wasn't for the camera - it was just pure habit. I want to know what kind of loop knot you're tying, it goes so fast. And yeah, this place has gotten blown out, it brings tear to my eye. I'm not sure it's the charter dudes though, they aren't out there killing all the snook, the majority of it is release. Those toxic lake O dumps have done a number on it, and the pressure is higher but I don't think it's all pressure from a couple of inshore charter dudes.
bruh how are u getting into the north jetty?
Can’t spill the sauce
friends in high places
I have my ways 💅
Why do you keep touching your line when your fighting the first snook?
I use the Vudu shrimps in the great lakes with great results because there are fresh water shrimps in there... They're not just for salt water...

Vudu's do it all!
Well Hell yeah!
What ever happened to the peacock bass video?
I just didn't like the quality of it so I took it down, but if we get enough requests theres the possibility of a new one in the future.
Fiya
sniper cast put me in afghanistan 😂😂
You know me 💅
yep first af
Woowww mantap 👍👍❤️❤️
where johnson?
Layin up
Snook action charters blowing out the spot?very suspect
Great video by the way
65 degree water temp is cold in Jan for SOUTH Florida... People continuously generalize all of Florida together when describing the climate and geography of SOUTH Florida. In North Florida while y'all are 65 degrees water temp most of North5lorida/Panhandle water temp are between lower to mid 50's to 60 degrees in shallow sunny water. Spend a Jan in Tallahassee and when you experience a low of 19 with a high of 42 on a back end of a Arctic Cold front with wind chills ranging from 9 degrees in early am and remaining in upper teens to lowe 20's all day. This same front will "chill Miami, Naples, Palm Beach and the Lauderdale, to upper 30s possibly but mostly mid to upper 40's with high temps in low to mid 60's... Basically our average Jan North Florida/Panhandle weather . So can't feel all that sorry when our Avg Jan high and low is frigid for South Fl with low avg Jan upper 50s to 60 and highs avg in mid to upper 70's . These are avgs... Swing I. Weather producing above normal and below normal temps and precip are always a factor to consider.. like anywhere else. Savvy?
Bro that spot is a honey hole
Really want to fish with you one day 🤙🏼
Maybe one day!
more
Those snook that you call swordspine are actually fat snook. It’s very rare to catch swordspines in the state of Florida and you don’t really find swordspines in saltwater. Also swordspines are much smaller then the other species of snook
I know what a fat snook is... those are swordspines!
@@MovinWeightFishing definitely not a swordspine. Look at the length of the anal fin. Fat snook are way more common then Tarpon snook and swordspine. By the why I cringe so hard every time you say -ESK. I'm amazed at dumb stuff millennials say. I shouldn't even be suprised at this point.
Vudu-esk
And whats sad is even some.of those "spots" are fished out:/
This one is definitely fished out, been that way for years. I remember 5+ years ago we would catch 30+ keeper mangroves and 40 inch snook
@@MovinWeightFishing its getting like that everwere. Even stuart and jensen are getting bad. The fish are there just not in the numbers they used to be.
First
VUDU IS GAS all I got 2 say
