I'll just use the Kubota color spray paint.

Great job, thank you for sharing. Recently inherited the same L2550 and it needs a little TLC in the cosmetic department but mechanically sound. You have just inspired me to restore it. Plus stealing the light bar and tall exhaust ideas. 👍🏼

Great job. Looks like new. Mine is a L2850 DT. Would like to attach an additional valve bloc (2 double, 2 single action valve). I wonder how to connect the bloc to the bloc on the right hand. On the first look, I would connect P to the pressure outlet at the Kubota bloc and T ( valve monobloc) to the second port on the right outer side of the Kubota bloc - or is the T port on the front the correct one? Or should I fit the power beyond port at the monobloc to the T port at the bloc? Kind regards Heinz, Germany

I picked up my L2850 end of summer. It’s in great shape but I noticed my 1st-4th gear shifter dash section seems a bit loose where when I shift the black dash piece moves around a bit. Does that sound like something is broken under there or just missing a screw or what?? I have not had a chance to look at it being down from surgery for a couple of months now.

Awesome restoration, I have the same tractor and wanted to change out my broken headlight assembly as well. Just curious what brand 20" light bar did you used for the head lights? Also did you have to make up your own mounting brackets for it?

This was fun to watch. Just got an L4850 that needs some love. Did you rhino line your own or do truck bed liner? What's the prep on that? Aloha

I had it sprayed. It’s a much stronger coating because it’s a two part product. I just prepped it with a steel wire wheel 👌🏻

No way would I use that shitty kubota paint after all that work. It fades way too fast. Base coat clear only for me. Just get the orange matched as close as you can.
