@@ranamazhar6956 eggs must be at room temperature and add sugar gradually...it may take time but beat continuously until become fluffy... Then add dry ingredients and very very slowly combine with spatula else it colapses while folding and becomes dense and thick

Previously I made many cakes by this recipe and these were super delicious 👌🏻❤,,,
After that I quit for long time , but now I have started again but it is not fluffy now,,, what reasons could be and what should I do now ?
Yeah at 1:08, when it gets magically fluffy- the egg and sugar mixture needs to be whisked and heated over simmering water (but not touching!) to 110F. It’s the technique to make a genoise cake. And it uses a whisk attachment, not the paddles shown. It’s kind of a big step to be missing from these video instructions
