- This event was held at the 30th annual Cherry Blossom Festival in Macon, GA on March 17, 2012. Niko & Dory entered the Best Asian Outfit Category & won first runners up.

Congratulations!! If the tabloids get a hold of the the winner, Niko and Dory will have to finish the year. They were all very cute, but I am partial to the first runner ups! They looked so cute, and it's nice to see you too! Thank you for sharing.
I think if we do it again next year we will perform better because we will know what to expect. They wore their outfits well & made us proud. They certainly should have won but the biggest prize was getting to show off my children in their gorgeous custom made outfits!
Thank you! I'm not sure any of us were very comfortable on the catwalk but I do know they rocked their beautiful outfits! Dory even had a pair of chopstick in her hair. I don't think the judges even saw that or SURELY they would've won! Right?!
Judging for this sort of competition has always been very subjective :-( In our eyes Dory & Niko are the best!! Thanks for sharing this video :-)
Their outfits were awesome & certainly winner quality. The judges were clouded by the little blonde girl with wings! :) I know if you were there you'd cheer us on. I appreciate your virtual support! LOL
THANKS! This event was fun. It was terribly hot but I'm so glad we did it, even though the judges didn't see things our way. I thought Niko & Dory looked fantastic! It was probably my fault they didn't win for not parading them in front of the judges well enough for them to get a good look.
Blonds with angelic wings somehow cloud a judges vision... It wasn't the the dog that won, but the little girl! :)
The judging was indeed very cursory! Pity..pity....but N & D looked pretty comfortable & were very much at home in their costumes. I am very happy about that! Of course, they looked a million dollars in our eyes! Thanks for sharing this very special occasion!
In most of our eyes N&D had the best outfits! Maybe, when I signed them up & filled out the form I should have stated exactly how special these outfits were so they would have taken a better look at them. I think the blonde child with wings stole the show. How does one compete with that?!
I still think Niko & Dory should have won! They were the best dressed! :) 4:25 Yeah!
