Reviews don't mean anything with metal I often think. When I take a look at metallum it is purely random

I can pretty much recommend the whole "Serenades of Darkness" Discography. They also come from the Netherlands and are from the 90s as well. You can get their stuff for free from their site too. But if you want, try their "in solitude engraved" album.
AEBA from Germany is fantastic too, "Im Schattenreich" especially.
And Italys Evol "Dreamquest" album.
I think those styles match really well with this one. Maybe those were a lot of recommendations but you don't have to try them all of course haha
