If you're in a private conversation with someone, and they tell you something important from their life, it is kind of rude to just start talking about something else without even commenting on what they just said. But interviewers often do this. They're so eager to get on with their next question from their notepad. When Bogdanovich says: "So actually I've been in professional showbusiness for 60 fucking years", the interviewer just starts on a new question without relating to the answer. This is annoying. And rightfully so Bogdanovich cuts him off and repeats: "SIXTY FUCKING YEARS!"
Long live Peter Bogdanovich! Such a champion of classic cinema.
Such a genius filmmaker! Wonderful listening to his stories.
He always says SOME CRACKPOT FILMAKER once said this and then he imitates them saying it
i really love how he is so serious about all of this. it's just smart and refreshing.
One of my favorite Directors. The man is a fucking Genius, and now one of the oldest living "Sages" of the Cinema.
One person who'd I'd love to get to sit down and talk to. He's out connection to it all. Thanks!
