Your build is quite good & I believe seeing the parts that it will be economical too. I have a suggestion, I advise you to make ventilation for battery as they tend to get heat up while charging & while bike runs.

Ha ha ..thats against basic principles of science. There is no free energy in any way without doing any work. That is giving outside power is the only way to charge a battery.wind, solar, home power, etc
