I read that Ben Franklin campaigned to make the turkey the official US bird because he loathed bald eagles for being carrion eaters. Ours is the Canada goose up here, but IMO the loon would have been the best choice. Anyhow, the eagle sculpt looks great and you should absolutely cast it!
wonderful what you have done. in the netherlands, the black-tailed godwit is our national bird. our country has many meadows and water, the olek where this bird feels at home. we call him “de Grutto” Gertjan Nijsink
Amazing work! I really appreciate this video - I’m working on a cormorant sculpture and just cannot figure out how to get the feather details the way I want. This had some great tips and ideas. Thanks!
Beautiful modelling as well as beautifully made video. The Indian peacock is our national bird. Love it till crappy hotel, not a fan of realistic, detailed work 🙃
That is spectular... gotta a good feeling on your bronze this time. heads up, if you have not experienced it already, running low of propane sucks. If getting low (anything below 45%), best to fill er up with your local propane guy .
Ours is too eagle, althou noone really knows what eagle exactly :) There is a legend that tells story of founder of our nation was wandering and at some point he made a camp. Then he saw huge bird nest with bird and 3 little birds inside. As he was staring at birds nest, (presumebly) eagle spot human and spread its wings to cover its nestlings. Scince it was at dawn, sky was red, and our founder was so amazed of that view that he made white eagle with spreaded wings on red background our national emblem ;)
Fantastic! You have such talent! Absolutely bronze.
Great work on both the sculpt and the video. I've already seen that you do cast it in bronze, going to watch that now. Thanks for sharing your work.
Thanks for sharing your skill and craft. 👍👍👍 Wonderful
Awesome. So talented. Definitely cast.
That is awesome work, great detail, I can't imagine how many hours you spent on it. It would look great in bronze.
In the UK here. The Robin is our national bird apparently. Had to google it! Really enjoying working my way through your videos. Keep them coming!
This video was super relaxing
Amazing...
Thank you!
great work! Bronze for sure!

Yes! Bronze it!
You should totally make a wolf! ✴
Peacock is the Indian National bird. Great work dear, please teach us how to sculpt a peacock 👍
The peacock is a beautiful bird. That would be quite a challenge to sculpt!
National Bird of my country India is Peacock ❤️
Thanks for the shoutout 😎👍🏼 good work man
Thats so cool. Whats the name of the tool you used to make the feather texture?
It’s actually a dental pick. Same tools the dentists use on your teeth.
@@lundgrenbronzestudios Thats cool, thanks:)
Yes cast it
The national bird for my country is the brown eagle with a serpent held by the beak!
Yes, turn it into a bronze!
Doesn't his feathers have to be pointy and sharp? Also his eyes have to also be sharp.
I’ll have to take a look it that.
how much does it cost to bronze something that size or bigger?
Pricing is something I haven’t figured out yet.
That's a good looking chicken ya got there! :-P
😆 that’s what I kept calling it when I was sculpting it. Then it watched the news and became an angry chicken that wanted freedom.
@@lundgrenbronzestudios Don't even get me started on this dumpster fire!

Yeah I keep a few tanks around so if one gets too low I can switch them out. Come to think of it though. I need to refill one of my tanks.
For us Assyrians it’s the Lion
👍
Bronze it up!
Bronze it is

That’s cool! Which nation is that?
@@lundgrenbronzestudios Polans who later in history become Poland :) Another bird considered 'national' is stroke, because we have lots of them.
Blackbird (Turdus Merula)
