Yes economy class passengers can visit the lounge but if there is space available inside lounge. Mostly space is available. I donot remember exactly how much it costs but i think around 70-90 USD

Hello, correction : Al Mourjan Business lounge charges 120-150 USD if you are travelling economy class and want to access lounge. Thanks

Well price is not the issue, if your baggage weight is full, you can buy as many chocolates from airport as you want and take it in your next flight. Their weight doesnot count
