I am so glad this clip was uploaded. I can totally relate to Maddie in this clip. I didn't get divorced, but I have had to grieve over choosing to quit a job I cared a lot about and enjoyed for personal reasons. It's harder than the general population makes it out to be with the rules, measurements and processes such as the ones Trotter is talking about in this clip. Trotter is the best!
