- hey everyone! here is an empty apartment tour of my NEW PLACE! I got a Penthouse out here in LA.. And first I just wanted to thank everyone for supporting me.. without y'all I wouldn't be able to have this dream place to live in.. I did my first apartment tour with my 700sqft one bedroom apartment 2 years ago when I first moved out here to Los Angeles and to see the growth and difference in what I'm able to have now because of the constant support, makes me so thankful for everything! I will cook IF I have a car tbh. I can't be bothered to use the bus to go to buy foods every day and carry all this shit. Healthy foods ain't cheap and you'd have to cook it all so you are back to square one again and go to food shopping next day or next two days. I give up cooking because of it lol.

I don’t know who this chick is and why it was on my recommendation but she shitted on every UA-camr’s apartment and house in LA/Glendale. From Ace’s family house to Jilly and all her crew, and DDG’s crew. This penthouse is everything and the best on UA-cam. Congrats girl!
One favor stay different and please don’t place white sofa in your living room with high ceiling. Every UA-camd has white sofas and they don’t look right in some. You have large windows and light coming in. I think you should do a blue sofa to bring in the clouds from the sky into your living room.

Chelsea Elara I went back school with two teenagers so that one day after they leave the nest, I want a smaller version of this for me and my dude. I'm almost done with school, kids almost grown, I'm preparing for a fabulous retirement.... which is in about 20-24 years from now..
But why only you and your dude?? Won't your kids come back in the vacations to visit their parents? Where will they live at that time?

I will have a 2 bedroom for my grandkids to visit me. I have one son and one daughter so I kinda hope they don't go crazy with having a lot of kids.....
