Tom the turtle grow so much!
gooood!!
I love this
Awesome! Our RES "Terry" is currently being upgraded to a larger tank after spending over 10 years in a 30-gallon tank (filled up to the rim for much of that time, but still too small). How often would a water change need to be done in such a massive tank? And how could it even be accomplished? Is it still the 25-50% rule, or does that change with tank size?
Where did you go friend?? I miss your videos. Wishing you well from the USA!!!!!!
welp im late but its great too see u posting again i thought u were gone keep it up
Nice to see you back here!
Nice tank
Thanks Nancy!!
Any fish farm/shop tours soon? Looking forward to identifying all the fish again lol. Maybe can jio me along.
Hi brother nice video.. Hello brother, I want to know, did you finish planting the aquarium, and were you able to make the aquarium clean itself using some plants?

A tanning light
Please give me what you recommend
Nice video hope ur doing well
Sometimes people forget how big these turtles get. Making 300 gal look like a 30 lol
I think that the size of the tank is a major contributing factor for why the turtle won't eat the fish.
I Wanna See Thanos I Plan on getting a baby flowerhorn soon you motivated me!!!
Wooooooow. Is the description supposed to say red ear slider? We have lots of those in Texas! I see them just across my house sometimes.
Oh yes, a typo! It's a red eared slider and yeah they are an invasive species is many countries and states!
@@SGBeardedAquarist I think that the red-eared slider is native to Texas, though?
Please advise, how do you keep the tank clean with turtle waste? We have a medium size turtle and can't keep up with constant cleaning and water changes. Thanks
Get good filter and feed them in a separate tub to prevent more mess
Where did this man go? I got here late only to find that he hasnt posted in a while. Hope he comes back, was really liking his stuff.
You're never too late 😉
Where your old tank? The tank have blood parrot and flower horn, max size tiger bard
hey man i just found out this channel, i want to ask something ive already watched the video fish competible with turtles. One Question i have 4 turtles in a pond with 1 african cichlids and 1 Blue gourami, but for some reason the cichlid kind of bully the turtle, is it because my turtle is too small ? i have 4 malayan box turtle about 6 up to 9 inches, anyway thanks for the video..
African cichlids can be very aggressive and the malayan box turtles are very docile. The aggression is probably not because of the size of the turtle. The size of the enclosure would be important to ensure there is enough space so that the african cichlid can establish some form territory and distance from the turtles.
One possible factor is that when african cichlids is kept alone or too small of a group, they can become extremely aggressive and territorial. Having more african cichlids (if the enclosure size allows for it) allows the aggression and bickering to be directed at each other which is normal and not at the turtles.
@@SGBeardedAquarist thanks for replying my coments, the enclosure is pretty big i would say about 800k galloons pond, i have 1 gourami also on the pond and the cichlids doesnt bother it, is it dangerous for the turtles ? i manage to get the cichlid out and cant seem to find any wounds on all of my turtles. anyway subscribed dude im looking foward to the next conten
How do u keep the RES frm eating the fishes??
The tank size is probably a MAJOR contributing factor. It's exhausting for the turtle to try and catch a fish! Also, the fish in this tank were chosen wisely. They are all spindle-shaped and agile. No showy long-finned fish or sluggish bottom-dwellers. Also, feeding the turtle as much as possible probably helps.
Do a video where you show everything about it.
👍👍👍
TOM IS SO BIG NOW
And still growing 🤣
Is the old parrotfish tank gone🥺? The one with the bamboo like plant (forgot the name) ?!
The tank is there but much has changed. I'll do an update in future!
@@SGBeardedAquarist waiting for you !!🤧
Heya mate u still got Ur tank!? Hanging out for some more videos!
Where are the blood parrots & the flowerhorn fish?🥺
I'll give an update in the future!
Where is uour flowerhorn
why did you stop posting for so long i miss your videos pls come back
Hahaha maybe one day :)
You haven’t posted a new video
Where is your cute flowerhorn🤔🤔
I will do an update in the future!
Glad his still alive he looks adorable
Where's your flowerhorn
Yo! Did u get kidnapped my braddah?
wish u would've shown ur face or talked haha
Bro that looks like a 70 gallon tank to me
Lol.... turtle is 11inches shell length. Take an 11 inch turtle and put it in a 70 gallon tank with 50 2.5inch bueno aires tetras and 30 2 inch tiger barbs and another 4.5inch convict cichlid and a 10 inch pleco with 15 1.5inch runny nose tetras... you'll see what 70 gallons look like.
It's a fiber glass tank btw. So the viewing panel is smaller than the actual height and width. It's about 1ft less in viewing height and 1ft less in length
Oh ok,, videos always create illusions..my bad
Whats your tank L/W/H in inches... I want to buy exactly like you... My red slider is 3 inches still....thnx fir the reply
Sorry, i tried but i cant accept when people lie, i have 4 tanks in my room, 80 gallons, 40 gallons, 20 gallons, and 34 gallons transparent plastic tank for my most fav turtle... I can assure you that you leave the turtle in the tank just for the video, or if you really kept the turtle in that 300 🤭🤭 gallon tank, i am sure he must be the only ome in the tank by now(explains why you dint post any videos after that) RIP fishes...most of your viewers ars either fools or ignorant.. But i am not... And one more reality check :those scarce pubic hair on your mouth cant be called beard...sorry but i cant handle bull turd
Post some new videos…
Thought u lost already bro
Google maps brought me back 😂
@@SGBeardedAquarist 😅😆😂
Man you’re bold for feeding them potential parasite infected foods.
I don't consider hikari vibrates bites and freeze dried (not frozen) worms to be potentially parasite infected foods. They're as safe as it gets.
@@SGBeardedAquarist yeah vibra bites are completely safe. i was speaking on what I thought looked like tubifex worms that you put on the glass and even if they were freeze dried the cysts of the parasites can still survive, just speaking on my experience as to why I think you’re bold.
Yeah I've heard of the saying that parasites can survive the freeze dried process. I've read a lot of debates on it (not sure if it's still debated or settled haha). I've fed it for years without any issues (that I am aware of). And so I guess I'm ok to feed it to these tetras and barbs. Maybe if I ever own a really expensive fish I'll be more apprehensive about it!
@@SGBeardedAquarist it’s great to hear and see you have success and no fatal fish illnesses.
Tank on brother, plus I’m sorry if it feels like I was attacking you.
No worries! Tank on too my friend!
Without that turtle your tank will be more beautiful
Totally I'm one of the opponents of keeping the turtle in tank
This tank was built for the turtle. Fish are secondary.
@@SGBeardedAquarist In my opinion totally turtle is not good for keeping in tank
Cool
what happened to this guy?
Bro?? what The Hell was this
