Hey Keisha I am planning on taking my class soon. I have been preparing with prep agent on UA-cam and watching and following different agents and realtors. I am thankful that you shared this. It was great!! I actuallly have a lot of customer training and I have a small cleaning business so cold calls and door knocking is something I am all too familiar with so hopefully it won’t be too much of a problem for me. I hope you keep sharing your journey it’s so encouraging. That phylis woman tho, I would have asked to go see her sisters house just to get my foot in the door. But that’s just me.
Ahh yess good luck on the classes!! Yeah I knew I should have tried to get in front of them in person but I was so awkward and uncomfortable lol. Definitely a learning curve and having to fight through the uncomfortableness

Do you think an I pad is necessary? I have a laptop but I kinda wanted an iPad too lol for maybe listing presentations or the specs of the home during viewings
I don’t think it’s “necessary” but I think it’s super helpful and looks professional! I’ve used it during tours before to have specs ready to go and to take notes and I love it!!

I’m in my third week of officially having my license!! I have had meeting with different vendors to have on my list to refer to people and done trainings and all that stuff. This week I will start calling FSBO! Where are you finding all of the FSBO and expired listenings? I was just going to use Zillow, but I’m looking for other options!
