It doesnt matter what Game has Harder platforming, oris mechanics in these Terms are just a lot better, but to be fair, ori isnt a Combat focused Game, while hollow knight has a Lot more to offer in Combat.
Just starting this- wanted a pretty, relaxing game with beautiful art and music like “GRIS,” but it’s a bit annoying being constantly “killed.” At least in GRIS, if you screw up, you just fall down and have to start over, or go in a different direction. Any other games like this you guys could recommend? Hi Patricia. In this Ori game (Blind Forest) you can save your game literally anywhere you want. I played on Xbox and would spend spirit orbs or spirit light wherever I was standing to create an instant save point. I would imagine it's the same on PC?
My dad got me this game in 2020, and i finished it earlier this year after putting it off because of its difficulty. I absolutely adore this game, its one of my fondest memories playing a game ever🩵 the sequel was amazing too, i absolutely cant wait until the 3rd one comes out!

So I just started playing this game on my Xbox Series S through Gamepass and ran into a glitch. It's at the 28 min. mark. I pushed the rock all the way to the right like in the video, but for whatever reason, it's stuck and won't let me push it back to the left. I'm probably forced to start the game over as I don't see of any other way to proceed unfortunately.
The same exact thing happened to me, I just started the game recently as well. And yes unfortunately I couldn’t see any way to fix it so I just started over luckily it isn’t really that far in. Just make sure the second time to do the order of the events the same way as the video cause that’s what worked for me
This game is very rough when you go back and play it. Especially compared to the 2nd game, the platforming and controls are extremely clunky and slow, and it often feels like it drops inputs when jumping and overall isn’t smooth. It’s still a good game, just shows its age compared to more modern metroidvania games.

Hollow knight is a similar game. Not as interesting platforming, but a wonderful story and beautiful visuals none the less.

@@kararti44 it's the charged jump I believe. Grab onto the opposite wall, press the direction you want to charge into (LT), then jump.

There's an invisible path to the right of the ability orb. Just jump right up. You might need double or triple jump to get up that high though.
