Hello Mark - You may not even see this comment but here we go 😊 Do you think the Vivid 2 would be a good idea for my low tech 3620? I may do CO2 in the distant future but like the idea of low tech. Just not sure if I need the power of the sun but my goodness it looks awesome with the brackets 😂 Happy scaping 😊
Would be perfect. The light is app controlled so you can dial the intensity right down. Least then you'll be able to increase intensity if/when you decide to go with CO2 injection. Awesome lights though. You won't be disappointed 👍
Hi Mark It's been great following you on this aquarium. Your attention to detail is amazing. Liking the look of the new chihiros light, but no doubt is expensive. What amount of hours do you run for once fully mature? I would be interested in you experience with the inline co2 diffuser and amount of maintenance that's needed with it. Thank you 🙂
Great suggestions I'll cover the inline diffuser on a dedicated CO2 video. I usually have my lights on for 7 hours once fully mature, 5 of those hours at it peak intensity.
I'd love to know more about your CO2 set up. Love the tank, looks brilliant. I'm thinking of getting two 90cm set ups and it is good to know that I could set up on 1 CO2 kit
I tend to shy away from red plants with non CO2 injection but it can be done still and I would go for red tiger lily and or Ludwigia super red....they stay red just not as intense and vibrant. Give them a good substrate and a good liquid fert with iron and they'll stay healthy.
Hi there, I tend not to do side by side comparison just feel it's a little unfair on the companies. I've had no issues with the CO2 art regs and would highly recommend them.
Looking good Mark 👍
Thanks Dean😊👍
Hey Mark. Tank is looking very well.
Thankyou😊
Great video, Mark 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the inside of that cabinet is ultra clean, mine are always a disaster zone 🤣🤣🤣
Cheers Matthew, bit OCD with keeping things organised.

Thankyou, I'll be doing a video real soon on the CO2 setup, probably a full tutorial/how to...thankyou for the suggestion.
Hey Geordie just a quick question regarding biomasters, what size would you use on a 30g fully planted lowtech tank mate👌👍
I would use the 350 and anything over 40g the 600👍👍
I’d like to know more about the amount of fertiliser dosed etc and also what temperature is the tank running at? Cheers 👍
Thanks for the suggestions Ashley, fert dosing routine and temp, noted and I'll make sure these topics are covered real soon😊👍
what kind of filter Did you use for that tank ?
I talk about it and show it in the video Oase Biomaster Thermo 600😊👍
Hi mate just wondering if you can help me . What red plant can I use without CO2 if there's any thanks mate

Hi, been supported by Eheim, it would be interesting if you could achieve Eheim's CO2 own system, and test/compare with CO2 art device. Regards

Mines 180ltrs as well and ive also got the Biothermo 600 on it lol, id like to see how you got your trays set up
Hi there,,nice set up. My trays are full with nothing but Seachem Matrix in all my setups.
What intensity are you running your Vivids at?
At the minute around 80%.
