Glad to see you enjoying the 135mm GM, I saw your video on the Samyang 135mm before and I just thought about how much I enjoy shooting with the 135mm GM. It renders so beautifully and it's so sharp which makes it great for nature photography like you do, even though it's classically thought of as a portrait lens.
I love the 135mm lens. I use my Canon EF 135 f2L on my Sony via MC11 adapter often. Gotta own one.
An interesting change of direction, Micael - It will never replace your informative videos, but good to watch - Getting to be a bit of a film maker too! The violins and the orange trousers rock.
Thanks. I will not abandon my informative videos. It's just that when the weather is this bad, the best thing I can do it is play around like this :)

I don't find the pacifier tree scary at all. Maybe someone lost their little child to death and that was how they said goodbye. Some things are not the way we think and we ourselves don't know how to cope with fate in some moments. Be forgiving and don't be shocked.
I actually like the Vivaldi filter this time 😊

Hmm, nice video, but... I must be honest, not a big fan of whatever filter you're using on the video. Bit too much.
I have to agree with you that the filter is bit odd, but i think it suit the snowy environment. I don't know, it depends on personal taste.
I liked this, very artistic and cinematic. Please experiment more, don't mind the comments telling this was bad, we all have to start somewhere and it will only get better with experience. I expect this was number 1 of 4 videos with all Vivaldi´s four seasons 👍

Great music by Vivaldi four seasons. Love his music. Great video too. Thought it was Bach at first but realized only Vivaldi composes like this.

Is the 135 better than say a 100 2.8 macro?
Depends on what you are going to shoot? 135 is good for portraits, the macro lens for ... macro :)

It is the Pocket 3. It gott pretty wet but it survived fine :)

I haven’t. But I own several other Samyang lenses and they are great
Given the bad weather conditions I understand why you let the video speak for itself with music. I still wonder what the prime lens 135mm is good for!?
It is an amazing portrait lens. That is why i bought it. The bokeh and sharpness is incredible.
Interesting, I am on the Canon rf system and their 135mm comes with a price tag of $2099. It's also exceptional but I have not figured out the need for it 🙂

I ALWAYS keep the Lens Hood attached to my Sony 135mm 1.8 GM, it is an excellent Lens with outstanding image quality, I have several times tried to crop from 61 megapixels sensor Cameras, so that the images looks like it was taken with a 300+mm Lens and it is still very good images ! Though I like the 135mm, I di not like the size and the weight, now I only sometimes use it for Landscape photography, everything else I use the Voigtländer Macro APO-Lanthar 110mm 2.5 which is more compact and lighter in weight, it is also sharper at aperture 2.5 and 2.8 the the Sony.

I didn't like this color shift to red.
Definitely 50% too much - at least.
Music was a bit overdone, too.
I'd think, one should decide beforehand, if it's supposed to be a musical or some photographic scenery. And if the choice would be scenery, than either really artificial or (enhanced) natural, not in betweeen.
135 is my fav lens, but my opinion is that you wasted its potential for this video
I think the problem may be that this video teaches no one nothing at all.
