Dude wtf, I don't even know if my brain could process to my hands to try and play that melody and the bass line simultaneously with one hand like you were doing towards the end. People said Hendrix got more out of an electric guitar than anyone else, bro you're the Hendrix of the acoustic.
I remember Stromae's Racine Carrée concert video, specifically the intro to Tous le Mêmes were he did the same as Marcin, explain the parts of the spectacle.
As a classical guitarist, I'd love to hear your perspective on somebody like Roy Marchbank. He gets accused of faking his playing all the time. I've never seen anything at his level. Even the mighty Shawn Lane didn't play the things this man is playing.
IMHO that's the thing seperates modern fingerstyle and classical guitar. Fingerstyle focus on setting up a solid base of bass line plus the kick/snare drum to get a good rhythm going, then a melody line consists of chord melody and harmonics. Groove is the most important aim of a fingerstyle arrangement, while piano like arrangement and each note quality are the aim of classical guitarists
I attended your show in Quebec City last May and was deeply inspired by your performance. After the concert, I dusted off my guitar and started playing my instrument again. For the past month, I have been seriously dedicated to practice and music theory learning. I started playing guitar 30 years ago, and your style truly impressed me. I'm delighted with every bit of progress I make each day, and the joy I feel whenever I play and notice improvements makes me believe there might be no limit to what I can achieve in this field. Thank you for reigniting this passion.🙌✌
The amount of skill and coordination to pull off playing multiple layers simultaneously on just a guitar is unbelievable, as a guitar player myself who is learning to do this I seriously have so much respect for this skill! You just earned another subscriber keep up the amazing work!!
As a 30+ year musician, I can tell you this guy is not fake. I think at least part of the reason that people think it is fake is: first, they cannot imagine anyone being that good. Well, he is that good so get over it. Secondly, in defense of the non-guitar player who is most of the audience, I think a lot of the confusion comes from not understanding hammer-ons and pull-offs. People hear a note being played and at the same time they don't see his "picking hand" doing something so they assume the note they hear is added in later or an overdub. Keep in mind, an experienced guitar player like our boy here can make a guitar do a whole bunch of things without even using their right hand. Many of the notes you hear him play are hammer-ons and pull-offs being executed by his left hand alone on the fretboard. From the observer's perspective, especially considering the speed at which he is playing, it gives the appearance of you hearing notes that he does not seem to be playing and thus you think he is using a track when he is not. (When did I become a paragraph guy?).
I get it, though. His talent is so out there that it is understandable for people to think it is fake. Even good players can't do this, so it does appear to be fake. Don't hold too much against those who think it is fake, because in a strange way, it is an enormous compliment!
An infinite appreciation for his stability at performing the foundational part while talking. And, yeah, his public speaking drastically improves over the year. Insane work! Hats off, man 🔥

@Kaboomnz I agree, but there is definitely a certain something that differs from person to person, which I labelled as "talent" in my comment above. Because two people could put in the exact same hours and same effort into something and yet learn/progress at different rates. I'm sure you've experienced it in school perhaps, where you found some topics easier to grasp compared to your classmates, while you might have had some difficulties with other topics which might have been simpler for you classmates. It's not necessarily a genetic thing, it's just one of the ways in which we are all unique as human beings :)
@ Talent is generally something that a person can do easily, which is done with practice. What you're thinking of is style, but I get what you're trying to say.
@@Kaboomnz No, style is not at all what I'm describing, what I'm describing is the idea that people have different aptitudes for different things like music (eg. a tone deaf person vs a pitch perfect person).
