I remember watching this game live and that overcoming feeling of disbelief and shock was something else
that's not a mento that's a heart pill
Right?! I seriously almost can't believe I saw it live, feels like a fever dream
it was a great feeling and I love it. WDE
I’m a Tennessee fan born and raised in Mobile Alabama, grew up really close to both programs with really close friends on both sides, even had friends go on to play for bama.. This is still the most crazy cfb moment for me in my 23 years on this earth, I just remember the gut feeling of complete shock and disbelief, I remember that same night, that same hour the game ended checking Facebook to see all the posts from my friends at school who were all bama and auburn fans, everybody was at a loss for words still to this day, and I mean everybody. I remember going to church the next day and usually there’s the usuals who always showed up in their bama gear, church was half empty that Sunday.. Went to Walmart after church, didn’t see a single bama hat or shirt on anybody that was the most quiet sunday in Alabama history
My Dad’s side of the family have always been huge ND fans so I’ve grown up to be one also, but my mom’s side are all Michigan fans so I’ve been lucky enough to go to a few Michigan vs OSU games with my dad and grandpa. We thought that 42-41 rendition of “Thee game” was already crazy and amazing enough for that Saturday. But when we heard this going on, on the radio during our ride home… the pure shock and excitement(bc c’mon other than Bama fans themselves who wants Bama to win?😂) was insane😧 I’m so glad that I got to witness that amazing Michigan OSU game live at the stadium, and at least got to hear the amazing call to the end of this one, but I really wish that I coulda somehow watched this happen live on my phone or something somehow at the time😭
I remember watching this game live and noticing the screen shaking due to the folks at the game going nuts.
I was in Auburn like 4 miles away at the huge RV park they have beside campus and holy shit man once we all finally shut up we could still hear JHS! was amazing. we went straight to Toommers baby!
As an Alabama fan it took me a couple years to get over that 😂😂 Years later now I can think back to what was probably one of Alabama’s and Auburn’s best seasons in the same year. This is a rivalry I grew up with and I love the memories, even this one✊🏼
Very well said by an obvious true football fan!
War Eagle
One of the greatest last second plays of all time in any sport
A lot of my fellow Auburn fans weren't alive for Punt Bama Punt which were more improbable plays to block 2 punts for TD's in the last 3 minutes of the 4th quarter to beat undefeated Alabama who was 10-0 and won 22 out of their last 23 games.
😂😂
Cricket has way more intense moments than this.
This is not even close
@@UnkleRuckusNoRelationthis years 4th and 31 was way better
@@MrSqeez01hahahaha keep on trying lolol
@@MrSqeez01 it was a good play, but not even remotely close to the kick six. Anyone saying it is doesn’t know ball
I love how that wasn’t even an answered prayer bc no one in their right mind would have thought to pray for that. What an ending
They were saying it was an answered pray as in praying there would be a miracle and somehow win!
I mean, he was there to catch the missed FG wasn't he?
Tell that to Chris Davis...buddy had a feeling at least
Pray for the highest good and you will always be surprised.
Take it for what you will, but me and a couple buddy’s called it. Alabamas kicker missed it short twice in the same game. Said we needed Davis in front of the goal post, but didn’t expect a 110 yd return for TD.
Every time I watch it I still smile
Crazy ass ending this year also
So I guess you cry when you watch 4th and 31 then 😂😂😂😂😂
@@chrisgolden1162 he definitely cried
everyone who is not an Alabama fan smiles at this.
DAVIS GOES LEFT -chills every time
Just watched this 12 times thank you
Ikr😂😂 loved it
Watch this year's game. It's awesome.
This got recommended to me just hours after Alabama converted a 4th and goal from the 31 to win.
Same they got revenged 🤣🤣🤣
@@mrrob8263haters 😅😅😅😅😅
That’s prob the most iconic play in college football history. On top of that it was in the IRON BOWL!!! 🐅🦅🏈
Stanford-Cal 1982 more iconic and crazy but this is right up there!
Now it’s gonna be 4th and 31 😉
But now yall lost
Remember the 2023 gravedigger play in the back of the the end zone where it stunned the auburn fans ?
@@norms3913this is still way more unlikely
This was the most epic iron bowl me and my dad went nuts my mom didn’t because she is an Alabama fan😂WAR EAGLE🔥🔥
Ikr WAR EAGLE ❤❤❤
She go nuts this year whilst you and dad didn't? Inquiry minds want to know. ROLL MF TIDE! CRY EAGLE!
@tonycrabtree3416 Exactly!! Bama trumped that Kick 6!! 4th and 31 was actually an answered prayer!! Cry Eagle Cry!!! ROLL TIDE ROLL FOREVER!!!
My two favorite teams are Alabama and whoever plays auburn.
Can't believe it's almost 10 years WAR 🦅
It doesn't get any better than this and to see Chris Davis a product of The Bham Metro Football League and Bham City Schools Woodlawn High with the high step at the end of the run..... As Austin Powers would say Yeeaaa Baby !
Whats crazy is, this play was so historic and legendary, nobody seems to remember how good if a game this was.
I’ve watched this like 15 times today! 😂😂😂😂 #WarEagle
One of the best plays to end a game in college football history. Remeber watching this live.
I could watch this all day it never gets old
Never gets old ❤
Watching Saban is gold
I saw him just this week after 4th and 31. Gold
Waited for that comment, highlight of the clip
As a Bama fan, this is so bittersweet. The play itself hurt my heart, but this was one of the last years the rivalry was really intense and meant something nationally.
It’ll be back soon (2024) WAR EAGLE
Yea your right it only happens once in every ten years likes aAU win
THATS WHY I LOVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL SOMETIMES IS MORE EXITING THAN PRO FOOTBALL IM A USC FAN BUT GO AUBURN I HATE BAMA
not an Auburn fan but the way the sideline just clears as he's running by gives me chills
I was at that game. Best football experience I’ll ever have in my life. Great game before the k6 too
Greatest college football game ever played in history.
WDE
This is why no matter what the stats say on paper, the games must be played.
I watched the screen and it blew my mind! This is one of the top plays i've ever seen in my life
Goosebumps bro literally everytime
I get them for 4th and 31 way better
"Auburns's Gonna win the Football Game!" One of the best calls and I am an Oklahoma Fan, but damn.
One of the best nights of my life. I could (and probably will) watch this 100000000 times. WAR EAGLE
One of the greatest moments in sports history
I still enjoy watching this and I didn't go to either school!!!
We can officially stop showing the kick six. Next 10 years will be known as the 4th & forever.
🙌 RTR
Saw this live. Was laughing my ass off
As a UGA fan. I will never forget the prayer at Jordan Hare. However, this one will surely stick around a lot longer.
Me(Alabama fan) and my family(all auburn fans) had literally the exact same reaction,no screaming or shouting for awhile just absolute shock and silence
this is why I watch sports! bravo!
I bet Alabama still feels that return this VERY DAY!! I remember watching that game... Historic
Everyone waiting their whole life for a day like this 😂!
TODAY WAS HIS DAY 👍😎!
One of the best plays in history
Now in the shadow of 4th & forever 😉
It’s always sweet when you see someone beat Alabama😅😅😅.
This was the craziest shit I’ve ever seen in my life. Auburn was the luckiest team in football this year 😂
No they weren’t you guy we’re just ass. I am an Auburn Fan
@@HEAK41 The hell you talkiing about. They played for the natty that season. They defeated both UGA and Alabama on goofy plays/situations.
nigga i made that comment 4 months ago
@@tonycrabtree3416
So this was one of the first college football seasons to remember, i watched this whole thing live, and my parents were blown away, i went on to watch this play like 50 times that week, because i was looking for anything that could have ruined that run back and i found nothing, i was so astonished and it made me happy that one of the craziest football plays i ever watched went down with no controveral flags! Refs were prob praised by many fans that week.
Possibly the greatest play ever in college football history
10 yrs still best auburn moment, rather sad for auburn that there biggest moment is 10 yrs old
Ohhh the memories.
I love rewatching these games years after.
Avery 's reaction❤
War Eagle!!!
Your right WAR EAGLE
The Greatest play in college history!!!
The Iron Bowl is the best rivalry game in college football. It's always unpredictable.
Chill bumps, to this day! I remember filming this on my iPhone 4 I believe.. my dad was running around the house crazy and I just couldn’t believe I had it on record, one day I gotta restore my phone cause nothing matches that feeling being a young Auburn fan
This is why I love college football....Just heart for the game!
I watched it on TV and loved every second!
Man, that 4th and thirtyWON was so epic. I loved EVERY millisecond.
This game was amazing!! from the beginning to the end!!! Unbelievable!!!
I love football but I don't watch College. This is amazing, truly amazing 👏
One of the most incredible finishes in college football history
Im glad Auburn has something to keep there spirits up.
Now lets watch their faces for the "Milroe Miracle" 😂😂😂
If that's your comment, you're obviously still salty.... 10 years later😂😂
@@JohnLittle-gb4gc Been a Bama fan for about 30yrs and counting. There's good times and bad times, friend. I'm just comparing two amazing moments in Iron Bowl lore.
You're right. I just saw the highlights from that game (2023) the other day. For playing so poorly, we were playing so much better. I called it before the game, although going in auburns favor, ten year anniversary of kick 6 was going to bring something crazy again.
@@JohnLittle-gb4gc I mean it is without a doubt the greatest rivalry in college football. No matter the season either team is having, absolutely everyone shows up that day. I view Alabama v Auburn as a sibling rivalry. All love in the end.
Number 56 reminds me of me watching (as a Vikings fan) the Minneapolis Miracle. I could not believe it for minutes.
That was a unbelievable game!!
I remember just a few weeks earlier them beating UGA with a touchdown pass that was deflected by Georgia in the final seconds of that game. It was just meant to be for them that year!
I remember watching that game, pulling for Auburn, I thought it was over as soon as the ball started going up for the field goal, and for once the team I wanted to win, got the win!
I remember the last time Aahburn and Bama played...4th&31!!!
First off Go Dawgs, secondly, I love the Bama Auburn rivalry. The games are always so good no matter the ranking of either team.
Greatest play in college history considering importance of the game.
I’m not from Alabama, but arguably the best and roughest rivalry in COLLEGE FOOTBALL 🏈
I love Bama, but that is just incredible!
This is One Of The Best Upsets Ever
Love this play. Good football IQ.
I remember this game like yesterday ❤️💙
All this time later and i still have a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach everytime i see this damn play. Screw auburn
I was only 3 years old but I was at this game
We got our miracle 10 years later
I remember watching this live. What a great and iconic moment and game.
I will never forget watching that game.
It only took one week for ' The Answered Pray at Jordan Hare' to become only the second greatest play in Auburn history.
I can remember watching that game and could not believe what I was seeing.
Auburn just couldn't lose that season. This was just a few weeks after they beat UGA with a tipped pass that went right to the reciever.....
Great win!!!
He might as well call it a day. As this play is going to be hard to top
Number 56 lmaoooo was just shocked

I like their sideline during 4th and 31 better 😂😂😂😂
Legendary play
4th and forever... fresh on the mind, overrides Kick 6.
Especially since the Alabama coach argued for one second 😂
At first everyone looked so confused and worried about coach bout to get on his ass then slowly turned it to half excited and half stunned and excited
He ran that damn ball!!! Wow
I was 11 at a football party, I’ll never forget that because everyone there were Alabama fans including me, the only auburn fan was my mom
As an alabama fan every time I see that I get a little more pissed
That's why it's called a game, anything can happen
"Let's loose our minds and go crazy, crazy."
Now THAT'S football !!!!! 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈... All the way!!!!!
I want to see the camera that proves he wasn’t out of bounds! He clearly stepped out of bounds.
56 his reaction is basically me when i got to see it live 😂
I guess you don’t want to show the Auburn sideline at the end of this year’s Iron Bowl😂
ROLL TIDE‼️🐘🌊🏈🐐
ill never forget watching this live
This has been replaced by 'Fourth and 31'
The better not make Homelander mad (coach) 😂
I'm not an Alabama fan and every time I watch that thing I laugh and I'm so happy for Auburn and Nick being crushed Even Aflac couldn't save him on that one
And then FSU went on to shock the world in that amazing comeback. GO NOLES!!
Davis deserves a raise
