10:17 As a dude who’s in his second year of monster huntering with rise being my first time entry (After completing the base game I went back to other games like world, monster hunter stories 2, GU and now a bit of 4U.) I can totally understand why people are mad about the whole Paid DLC shebackle. Yes it sucks but personally as long as it’s just cosmetic stuff then I am totally fine with it, it wouldn’t be the case if these Paid DLC’s were actual weapons and armor with skills.
But if MH ever goes down the whole battlepass or add MTX in the next or future MH game or some shit, then I’ll play it if the gameplay is fun. If not then I’ll happily set up a chair, grab a snack, and watch the monster hunter community tear eachother apart while laughing at them 😂
I know I may make jokes about it here and there, but my honest opinion is the same as yours. I am fine with Capcom creating paid layered equipment since it is cosmetic. However, if they start to monetize any sort of functional equipment is when I will start to care a bit.
I wanna watch the future MH events with you guys next time. hehe. Love your reactions, BBake & Frost 😄

The devs for sunbreak really seem to like aoe attacks
It’s likely because it’s one of the best ways to try and combat the immense amounts of mobility we have in Sunbreak.

Gross if velkhana is the next monster, but i will say they confirmed amatsu so expect it in TU5
Ah ok. Heard people talking about Amatsu, but didn’t know that it was confirmed.
It was never confirmed, it was datamined
@@oeeo6thealatreon118 Yomogis story published by the devs themselves literally said "the great calamity" thats confirmation sense thats amatsus title
Edit: To add, it was also described as a serpent like monster and kagero (who was yomogis care taker) never showed hatred toward ibushi or narwa and he didnt even know they existed. Amatsu though fits that sense as said 'the great calamity' is its title and he described the destruction of the city to be caused by a colossal storm
