To be honest, this is the first time i am not at all excited by a system for so damn long. The only exciting part to me, is to get my hand on a Cheaper MIG+Oled Switch after the 2 release...
@RyanRetro1 clearly. I saw some in bangkok at the official Nintendo store that cost less than a rp5. If they had the docking possibility I would have taken one. All in all, regarding switch 2, I don't see the big bang I expected. And since they have released most big games and all Wii/Wiiu/PS3/360/PS4/PC/indie ports or remasters possible on switch, I really don't see how they can excite more than the ultra fans or the few people that didn't own a switch
The first one only having 1 has caused problems in many cases. It means you can't do anything else if you're charging it. Sometimes it'd be good to add attachments - Nintendo consoles have a history of having great add-on accessories but they're all unusable if we are charging so it opens many possibilities!
The joycons look like they're going to be less ergonomic to me, especially for kiddo's hands. And the sticks don't look clickable, thus likely not hall sticks. Hope I'm wrong.
Agree with @RyanRetro1, the current joycon were a novelty at first, but horendous controllers to use... And don't even get me started about the build quality, and the use for kids ( based on my boy and all his friends playing and begging for my USB 8-Bit do to be replacing the joycon )
WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!
LET'S GO!
Can't wait for switch2 emulation!
Same haha
😅😅😅😅😅dude
Looking forward to upscaling our existing games 🍻🤘🏼🔥
Me too!
Do they really need to ? The current dock resolution is fine on 4K.... the games are not really pushing boundaries.
@ anything that can help with frame rate and performance is definitely appreciated, especially on the system pushing titles 🍻
3:22 I think its the very few games which use the IR sensor on the switch 1 joycons
That makes sense - thanks!
The Direct will be April 2 🍻🤘🏼
Can't wait!
Did you make "Soyjack face" for the thumnail? It is LORE!
It's my genuine face from the video - I didn't make a thumbnail face 😂
I qued up for a PS2. I was the only person in line, so I didn't have to wait long.
Haha I wish that was the case for me!

That's also a good point. I can pick up a much cheaper Switch Lite too soon I hope

Noice video Ryan
Yep its April. It will be interesting few months. Maybe some future videos of the differences between the two switches?
Can't wait for it! I'll definitely compare it to my Switch 1
3:40 It’s on April 2.
Thanks!
It snaps and locks- i'm not worried about that, there is a release button on the back of the joycons so it must connect pretty well.
That's good! I'm more worried about kids playing with it while the joycon is off - it seems like a point of failure not present on the older one
So... We lost the ability to use those 2 joy cons as separate controllers? Cuz It's very hard to use with new length for me.
I'm sure that'll still be possible!
Hype!
Can't wait!
Why it needs 2 USB ports?

I don’t have the most keen eyes - can anyone tell if that was an oled screen??
I don't think there's any official info yet but I'd be very disappointed if the screen has downgraded since the last gen
I hope Nintendo releases an official D-pad joycon, not leave it for third party 🙏🏻
That'd be awesome!
I'll see you in an hour then lol
They own ryujinx now I’m sure so might emulate switch 1 games?
That's an interesting thought! Maybe it's why they bought them out
(If they did buy them out and not just obliterate them)
Whooo is this your face reveal? :o
My face was in my first ever video! This is my 3rd face reveal haha

I find the current joycons really uncomfortable already so if they make them worse I won't be able to hold it at all 😂

What is this weird photoshopped thumbnail? That's not the size of the screen!
I just slapped a logo over the top and made it big so it's easy to see
im soooooooooo early :)
Nice!
