I am a professional trader and have been trading for almost 5 years starting from 2017,
I do not use this platform,
But I took a look at this company. I really liked how the understanding between the traders and the owners of the company, it is really wonderful.
Change your life, compete your self
awesome, Nelly you described it very thoughtfully that how to approach self limiting beleives, identify them, name them and kill them.
Keep in mind too that overcoming a negative mindset can also sometimes work against you. How? by expectation. You have identified the negative mindset and now there's a new feeling of confidence and the expectation that you should succeed now... This is also pressure that may result in overcompensating. In other words, you may end up doing things you were not doing before. Like tweaking your strategy by rationalizing that (for example) you should be able to finish the evaluation sooner. "I should have a higher winning rate now..." which makes you more prone to not accept losing trades and hold on to them longer ... etc. All of a sudden you're adding size and/or holding to also winning positions more than you used to. Make the positive mindset transition gradual and don't deviate from a winning strategy by anticipating immediate better results. That's putting yourself under pressure.. Why I know? I did all of the above and then some... ;-) Cheers !! See you at the podium .. .

what about all the negative outside factors that happen all around us, like almost every day, that affect us in a mentally negative way living in this psychotic world? how do you make them not affect you and your trading ???

could be a variety of factors. if you have consistency with your trading edge then it’s just the reality of trading.

Listen guys I don’t mean to sound like a d bag but but if you guys start implementing subtitles the will attract so many more people because honestly the English is really hard to put together I can hear bits and pieces but I am less likely to listen to some of your videos because it’s hard to understand again I don’t want to come off wrong but I think doing that one little thing would help all of us
