I just did a POST test with an i7-10700KF. Didn't have a cooler and wanted to make sure it posted and it did. I've done this before but everyone in forums are saying the CPU will burn up or explode lol... IDK if i damaged my CPU

Did same with i5 8600k , nothing hapenned but on forums , people are saying, it will burn the cpu lol

Just powered mine to POST and 'give me a boot disk' successfully but CPU was literally radiating heat in 2-3 sec and I don't want to risk this expensive piece of hardware
