hi Daniel, that one brings back old memories , I did my ns in Germany ,a place called hohne , driving a Bedford qi, spent some good times in Hanover too , great video chum many thanks,
sorry to be so off topic but does someone know of a way to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I would love any tips you can give me.
@Jamie Tristan Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Good video, very interesting. Nice to see you using the map and not relying on Sat Nav. Would you find. Sat Nav helpful for going in and out of the cities although I suppose you would get used to them after being there a few times
Obviously I don’t know everywhere but what I tend to do is plan a route using google maps, as you can use the satellite view and street view to make sure everything’s good. Then put that route into the nav. The reason I don’t like the nav is because it will try to take you down routes that are not suitable for trucks. Just because there is no weight or width limit that doesn’t mean it’s ok to take a truck down there! So when I do use the nav I tend to add waypoints to the route so I am basically putting my own route into it rather than letting the nav tell me where to go
Ahah interesting that Kazakhstan truck, don’t see Many in Europe, but I’ve done that run a few times 👍🏻 not as far as you’d think once you keep heading east. Mind you Kazaks a big whole place, takes a while driving across to China side. Then about 25 days to get back to UK, that’s taking it steady. (Pre war!)
Thanks for the video please if you have time can you make series how to drive in Europe how to drive left on the right and traffick signs and rules of different countries you travel to. Thanks
Robert Otim hi mate just waiting on things to pick up properly and there will be more frequent videos over summer will try and do more info on driving abroad and road signs etc!
Coming for the ride Jason I also watch the trans am drivers blogs who does similar work does the gig work keep you busy all year or do you Freelance in winter
Sometimes I manage to keep busy all year. sometimes it’s more quiet than others although I have options to keep myself busy such as the fridges or working for previous employers
