Looks like you have had a very adventurous summer, Daniel!! Glad to see you are getting closer and closer to home. Too bad you didn't go to Iceland. It's beautiful in the summer! Can't wait until your next one!!!
Just found your channel and it's quickly become one of my favourite trucking channels. Wish I lived a bit closer to Nottingham and I'd be sending over an application to KB!
Hiya Daniel, so pleased to hear you upbeat and posative again. And most of all enjoying yourself. You really were down in Russia. I love it myself up in the Nordic states, as you say, they are all so friendly and hospitable. Looking forward to the last few vlogs of this tour. Safe driving buddie. 🚛🌪️
Daniel great job I used to do the same thing in Europe but 30 years ago. Went back home to Western Australia where they really have beasts. Love you work.
Great vid as usual , and you're back to better mood daniel ! I'm sure you'll enjoy the rest of the trip even if you are on you're way home. Looking forward to the next one . Drive safe.
Hi Daniel Really enjoyed that video. I love the Northern European countries as well. I done all those countries in July this year as part of a cruise. My favorite was Estonia. Hope you enjoyed the go karting. Safe trip home.☠️☠️☠️☠️
mark willis been saying the same for the last 3 years. 18 trucks, all those countries, miles/kms, fuel, etc etc (and that’s just the trucks) for 1 guy and a guitar. Simply phenomenal. Not my kind of music but he’s single handedly smashed world records you can’t not respect that
great channel and videos my personal preference is for the go pro on the bunk with perhaps an extension on it so the camera is between the storage cabinets and the bunk sort of mid windscreen dont know if it will be possible though just a thought
Another cracking video Daniel, I must say the trucks looked great on the ferry to Sweden. I have never done Scandinavia my self but it looks beautiful with roads to match (real absence of roadworks), unlike the UK. Catch up soon, thanks.
Thanks for the Vlog Daniel, I am guessing you are all back safe and sound. Actually saw a convoy of your trucks stuck in traffic on the A14 just outside Cambridge on Thursday, looking to drop onto the M11 South. Have a well earned rest.
@@d1986scott Makes sense buddy, the junction is a nightmare at the moment and hard to tell if the wagons were going to drop onto the M11 or A14 with the chaos there.
Great video Daniel, as always bud, Think you’re a bit hard on yourself sometimes about your videos, good content, good chat, good music, well done keep them coming 👍👍👍👍
New to your channel buddy but really enjoying the vlogs. A lot of the places I recognise from my past travelling in Europe, used to love doing a Sweden, beautiful country side and lovely people,do they still offer a free coffee when buying diesel...? Not all of them did but a few garages offered. Keep up the great work.
cafedeltransit try not to fill up that way if I can help it as it’s very expensive but I have received free coffee before in Germany and Italy for filling the tanks, and a crate of beer in Poland lol
Glad to see you happy again my daughter just spent 4weeks in Finland on a archeological dig and says the same as you the people are absolutely brilliant. When you double man do you get the same driver every time ,I think I would find it difficult to sleep with an unkown😳
Normally different drivers when we double man but in 8 years working here I’ve slept in the cab with another driver once and that was a good friend of mine we double drove back from Barcelona. Finland is a great place hopefully I’ll get back there before too long
Only Norway, Sweden, and Denmark are actually Scandinavian countries. Finland isn't Scandinavian. Finland and Iceland are considered to be Nordic countries. The Scandinavian countries are also considered to be Nordic. So all of the countries you mention are Nordic but not all are Scandinavian. I hope that makes sense.
Scandinavia is just Norway, Sweden and Denmark m8. Ur talking about the nordic countries, which includes Finland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands as well. Nice video though! :)
On the boat the Fly By Nite truck surprised me, was that a total coincidence like running into the Peter Smit trucks in Russia or was he also part of the Divide tour?
The fbn had been touring with the back up singer. It was originally a rigid then they got more stuff added so it got swapped for an attic and toured with us until after Denmark I think
@@d1986scott cheers for that! I’ve literally just finished watching your last video of the tour as you replied. So odd. I’ve enjoyed it massively, listening to you rant, ramble and laugh kept me company in my locomotive cab. (Yup, freight train drivers have to play the waiting game too, haha). I do hope you get to go to Russia again and see it in a better way, I’ve spent a lot of time there in my younger years, some beautiful places and lovely people when you get the know them. Going to do my CPC again soon, train driving brings in good money, but I’ve missed trucking.
