the OG system shock has a lot of just, screen clutter, this remake not only makes it visually less of a headache (when not hacking at least) but is also just a very nice visual upgrade in general, it still has issues, lack of music being a good example, but solid overall from what I can understand
Yeah I noticed that they cleaned up some of the clutter, I do love that the EKG meter is still there despite how seemingly pointless it is.
I do miss the music, there were some real bangers in there

Apparently it came out last year, to very little fanfare, I haven't seen many people talk about this. Which is surprising because its pretty damn good!

Instead of "radiation" games should call it "heat"
Because thars what literaly all radiation in games functions like -.-
To me, Shodan is very basic and bare bomes an AI villain.
But I also am fully concious that she was the original, the one that inspired all other AI big bads, likes of Glados.
Technically Hall9000 is even older, and better in my opinion.
But still.
Shodan is iconic.
