The enemies levels scale with mine anyway. I think the disobey level is 30 at this point. 19 might be for traded pokemon. Edit: Yeah i'm right. For pokemon that are not traded it's +10 so the limit here is 29.
It literally says in-game that the disobey level is 19 before you snag the first badge... I've been trying to beat this gym without leveling above 19 for exactly that reason. You are saying the game is wrong and I can train my Pokémon more?
How did you get to level 28? Literally I barely get 1 level on a level 15 pokemon after 30 minutes of battling wild pokemon
Trainer battles of i recall. Enemies scale to your level anyway.
