You cannot help but love the leader in Museveni. History will judge him so kindly. Gadaffi thought he would overpower the rebels; he didn't he was facing both the US and NATO combined. NATO wanted cheap gas as Europe was going through an economic crisis while the US needed bitter revenge. Secondly, the US is the godfather of NATO, they were to pay for the economic crisis caused.
