- I bought these Expensive Meindl Hunting Boots for a hunting tripo a few years back. Had them in the closet - in original box. Got them out and the soles just dropped off - Cheap Foreign Product. Wore them hunting one week, years ago - put them away. This is what happened. No Warranty Help. No Customer Service. These were Expensive Boots. Don't buy this garbage. Thought I would share my Experience with You - the General Public.
They have delamination... If you store them for long periods this is really bad for them.... Unfortunate its the PU that deteriates with storage
the kind of experience I have with this kind of boots are way oppposite. by the way how many are the few years you mention???
Lifetime warranty. Cabelas told me they do not honor the warranty anymore. What difference does it make how long I had them. They took my money, with problem. I’m assuming there are too many defects.
@@manko717 Doesn't make a difference...but out of curiosity how many years was it?
5 years
Mindel boots are made in Germany. Not China. I’m in my second pair of Dovre Extremes. I love mine.
The material comes from China. For what I paid for them, I should still be wearing them. Lousy Customer Service, too.
Mark Bond the material is made in Germany handcrafted. There isn’t itching in that boot that is China madeZ that is why boots like Mindel, Lowa, Kenetrek, Crispi, Hanwag, are expensive. None of these boots have parts from China. Handmade in there perspective countries.
Mark Bond and on there website, Mindel has a one year warranty. If it falls outside that warranty then it is not covered. Kenetrek has a lifetime warranty, but your boots were like $200.00 and kentreks are $485.00
