To connect the lavalier microphone to your USB C compatible device: Plug the receiver into the USB C port of your device (Phone, Tablet, PC, etc) and then power the microphone on, via the power button located on the back, below the clip, by pressing and holding until the LED light comes on. Press record on your device and you're good to go! 😁
Hi there! 👋😁 On the mic itself is a power button on the back that you have to press and hold until you see the lights flash. Once it's solid, you should be able to start recording! Hopefully that helps, keep me posted!
Oh my goodness you answered so cool. I have to subscribe just cuz of that. So thanks I failed to say that I plugged it in and turned it on. It was flashing green and red so I'm assuming it needs to be charged? Charging it now and the power button is red so I'll wait till it turns green and try again...Also, now my videos are stalling/skipping, and that wasnt happening before I plugged this thing in. Will turn phone off and back on and see if that helps. 🤷🏾♀️
@KariHolmes Yes, it needs to be charged out of the box. While charging the red light will be solid. When it's charged the light will go out, not turn green. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Hold power button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
I ordered one from TikTok, but it was for an iPhone only. I ordered this Bower version for my android and not impressed. I'll play around with it some more, though.
On my end, I just had to plug it into phone, and on the lav mic itself I pressed and held the power button down until the LED light came on and it was connected.
Hey there! 👋 You have to plug the receiver in to the USB port of your device, then with the mic itself you have to hold the power button until the lights come on and it should auto pair shortly after. Hope that helps! 😁
Hey there! 👋😁 The microphone comes with a USB C cable which plugs in to the mic itself to charge it. As for the receiver itself, it doesn't require a charge at all, and you can just plug it in to the USB C port on your device! Hope that helps! 😁
Hmmm. I know a lot of peeps in the comments didn't know there was a power button on the back of the mic itself, as I didnt show that in the video, could that maybe be why? Otherwise, the only thing I can think of is that it's suuuper low, or it's just really cheap and doesnt work with a lot of phones Dx

The mic doesn't even pick up my voice or any sound. I may as well just talk into a small stick
Lmao right?
I had to turn the gain waaaay up in the edit, which is what you hear in the review 🥴
It sounded great everywhere you had it
Help, please? I plugged mine into the bottom of my phone and didn't get any connection pop up or anything. Any help?😊😮😊

Can you make it work with usb to pc only?
If you have a USB C port, for sure! (:
I'd imagine if you had a USB to USB C adapter, you might can use that as well!
I have an iPhone 14. Shouldn't this be compatible? Doesn't seem like the connection fits.
I believe you are correct!
The iPhone 14 has a lightning port, and this mic is USB C
@@Nntndork Thanks. I will return it

I bought this without any research(which I never do) I cant even get it to connect and after listening to this audio I am taking it back.
I don't blame you one bit!
It's good for a startup channel/low budget for sure!
Sorry you couldn't get it to connect Dx
I had the same issue. I was hoping he'd explain how to get it to connect but I guess not😂
On my end, I just had to plug it into phone, and on the lav mic itself I pressed and held the power button down until the LED light came on and it was connected.
I'm having this same issue , it's not connecting.

I just got one and yeah you did waste our time no review on charging it or the external piece.

Can you use ut with a wire?
Like, an extension cord?
I don't see why not. 🤷🏻♂️
It's not working, and i have a cardioid microphone.
How is it not working? Like, just silence? Mine was suuuuper low and I had to up the audio in my editing software Dx
@Nntndork yep, just silence
