The main course features specialities like the Green Chicken Curry, known for its tantalizing blend of chilli, coriander, and raw mango, and the historic Pathar-ka-Gosht, traditionally cooked on flat granite stones. Innovative creations like the Edamame & Green Peas Kebab, a fusion of Middle Eastern and Indian flavours, and the Pepper Fish, marinated to perfection with a peppery twist and served with applewood smoked pineapple chutney, add to the allure.
