Great tribute to many outstanding African American artists of the 20th and also 21st century... thanks. I think the song itself was supposed to be a tribute from Stevie about Duke Ellington, so cheers to him. Peace....

No joke, one of my favorite UA-cam videos ever.
Music is a world within itself
With a language we all understand
With an equal opportunity
For all to sing, dance and clap their hands ha
But just because a record has a groove
Don't make it the groove
But you can tell right away at letter A
When the people start to move
They can feel it all over
They can feel it all over people
They can feel it all over
They can feel it all over people go
Yeah
Ah ha ha
Music knows it is and always will
Be one of the things that life just won't quit
But here are some of music's pioneers
That time will not allow us to forget now
For there's Basie, Miller, Satchmo
And the king of all Sir Duke
And with a voice like Ella's ringing out
There's no way the band can lose
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people yeah go
Fu
Yeah yeah
Ha
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
You can feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
I can feel it all over-all over now people
Can't you feel it all over
Come on let's feel it all over people
You can feel it all over
Everybody-all over people go
Of heck yeah this is my jams I listened to this like the 2938th time and I am proud

I have had this video on a playlist for quite some time, I would take my Bluetooth radio outside and it would come on with the others on shuffle. I never watched the video until now. lol good job, I can't believe I never watched it ha ha. I never was at my laptop when this was on. was always listening somewhere else.
Awesome artists all. Seeing Whitney Houston brings a tear to my eye as I remember how her life ended up,
I come here now and then whenever I need to feel happy. :)

My favorite song!
Liked this video a lot. I counted 48 singers/rappers/groups. Unfortunately, i counted 21 of them no longer with us. To those music greats, R.I.P., and thank you for enriching our lives, and the world, with your talent!!.
This song is great
Actully this song is honoring the jazz musicians that came before R&B and rock. Per the line, Basie, Miller Satchmo, and the king of the all Sir Duke. With a voice like Ella ringing.... They are refering to County Basie, Glenn Miller, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, and Ella Fitzgerald.
Yes all of them were African Americans, except Glen Miler. Music is a universal language that we all can understand.
Go back and listen to the lyrics again.
Love this song
made me cry cry baby me but i wish it would have stayed with the ol skoolers but im still greatful but nothing supercedes the greats but i guess nostalgia always win over this new age bull____ there time has now come almost meangingless to our development and yes love them still and forgive them to a degree but its too painful to watch so yea thanks for giving that ol skool dose that we all so so much need especially now in our last days and times
