    Considering the current Pollution status of Delhi NCR as AQI near 500 it's not advisable nor suggested to live in this worst territory of India. India is very big and beautiful so search for good AQI cities as health is more important than money and if decesion taken wisely than person can earn profit anywhere in the world.

    Valuation wise studios in Yamuna Expressway is costing less than 60% and it's a different product at different stage of development. Comparison between the one in places like 135 Noida is comparing apples and oranges.

      Ye project deliverd to hoga. But jitna khubsurat y dikhya jaa raha h. Usk 30% bhi nhi dikhega. Y normal building rahegi. Jaise 142 ansal type ,,132- technovA type m .. bcz builder sale only low price ,,crate digital pictures.
      If you look need for quality products

    I bought a studio in 2019 in Logix blossom zest sector 142 near many corporate offices, I have paid 50% but now they called for insolvency, now I don't know it's Future weather I will get money back or property may or may be nothing 😭 guys plz plz think 1000 times and search a lot before buying any any property.

    Registry hone ka bahot issue hai if registry can be done and builder has no dues on authority then only consider buying. If builders has to pay for land in instalments then just run way.there are so many chor builders there those who don’t have money to pay to authority and flats cant be registered this is well known issue of that area.

    Sir, today I got disappointed seeing this video.. the person who was saying all this while that in Noida, plot is the right option for investment as there is a lot of land parcels and the value of a flat in a 25 story building is next to nothing..
    I can share your own quote where you said ‘Apartment is like a car, with every new launch the old flat will become old..’
    Here you haven’t shared the absolute return as one has to pay a good amount of monthly maintenance… that will reduce the %return and also one have to keep in mind that because these studio flats are more towards luxury side, the monthly maintenance gonna be high compared to normal apartments …

      This is your mindset, if you think that it is right for you to buy a plot by investing crores of rupees, then you can invest, but the first formula for success in real estate is that do not buy the overpriced property and today's date plot is highly over-priced. It's up to you, the rest is your choice.

      In fact, I was fantasised with your logic that apartment is like a car- the Analogy is go apt that I can easily resemble that with the current real estate market..

      No Future of Kisan Quota Plots in Yamuna. There are lots of Kisan Kota Plots which is not registered and people sell them on power of attorney. So beware of those people. And even registered Kisan Kota property is not good for appreciation.

      You are bang on brother, once you buy an apartment you have to give the monthly maintenance till you hold that flat.. with inc in inflation the monthly maintenance will also go up..
      Also, with every new project launched the old project loose it’s sheen,, there is hardly any appreciation in sec 137 apartments..

      The location of the Studio Apartment is very important. If the location is near IT companies and corporates then It's OK but Purvanchal royal city is too far from the corporate hub.

I strongly feel IT sector has now reached its plateau plateau and very soon some other sectors might be semiconductor or something else is going to replace it.

    Studio apartment is a bed option lucknow ke central business district vibhuti khand mein dlf company dlf mypad project laayi thi studio apartment ka sake karne mein halat khrab ho gayi or investor ko koi khas return bhi nahi mil raha....
