I once rode my 50cc Simson Schwalb from Blackheath, in South East London, to Gloucester and back one weekend in 1989 (about 250 miles total) and it didn't complain once. I was cold though.

Great video. Thinking about going on little trips like this one, on my 125cc scooter, and this looked lovely.

I rode my 125 Hoodlum from Brynhoffnant to Nottingham via the Devil's Waterfall (200 miles per Google Maps) four days ago, used shy of 2 gallons of petrol. On the 4th of January I rode out to Rhyl and back to Nottingham (270 mile round trip almost entirely on A-roads) and used precisely two gallons.

      you'll love it, I get between 95 and 140MPG.
tank range is 80 to 110 miles.
don't bother with super unleaded as you don't gain much.
check the oil level every 50 miles as some burn oil and I carry a 4ltr 10w30 oil can with me, buy the cheapest oil you can as it makes little difference.
      enjoy

Awesome video as always Paul. Long time no see, great to see you back on a video my friend. Fantastic road trip to Stonehenge, what a special place it is to. Brilliant MPG from your wheels. I bet it felt good to soak your backside in a hot bath haha. How’s your garden shed doing, is the roof still on it. Have you grown any vegetables this year. How’s your lady friend doing do you still see her. Do you fancy metal detecting after seeing that lovely stubble field. Hope to see more vids mate. Thanks Paul for sharing.

I will do some metal detecting, not sure when as I have so much to do in spare time
