This is my first time ever commenting on a video or in social media generally. I just want to say, I have been watching your videos for the past 6 hours on and off preparing for my JP Morgan HireVue interview for asset wealth management internship and this is the only video I didn't get to watch before the interview. You give out really great tips and advice and I pretty much followed what you said now that I'm reflecting on how I did in the interview a couple hours ago. I was nervous for sure and stumbled a bit but I gave out the answers directly. Thanks for all the knowledge you give out.
how are interviews rated? Someone said i got 4 out of 5 stars in the system but is it a human watching it giving me the rating or the AI Hirevue uses??
Can anybody please tell me about any website, book or source which is perfect to prepare for investment banking interviews, where I can get access to most of the investment banking questions (technical, competences and so on).
Analysts will be required always. Bear in mind economic trends and when the market is hot which is when most of the IPO'S happen and most of the deal flow occurs, encouraging more hiring. In a bear market, Ib tends to hire less but still hire analysts, but normally the layoffs occur higher in the ladder and less frequently, lower in the ladder.
This is a good video, I was looking for something like this. Keep up the good work Afzal. I am actually a high school student that is planning on pursuing a career in investment banking and I’m looking to build my network with people who are able to help guide me in the industry. Is there a way we can speak sometime on message or LinkedIn and I could ask you some questions about the field?

sounds like generic behavioral interview advice. Not in a bad way just not centered towards towards j.p. morgan
With all the layoffs will it be harder get in to investment banking
Wouldn’t be easier since they need new people now ?
@@davontawilliams3958 What? Layoffs are when companies resign employees bc they can't bear the costs...
