Great video, I have a Wolfmix W1 version and after quite a bit of trial and error I have got the thing working pretty well, it does give quite a bit of automated features which are handy and then another level of hands on control so it does what I wanted from it, I found it not that easy to start with but gradually it all comes together.

You truly leave out so much about what it takes to truly use this as a stand alone unit, and that you have extra cost right after opening the box! You to not have access to all of the DMX universe's or the 3D Visualizer unless you spend more money right away!

I have been using a NE1 battery for the past few years and it’s great but definitely a little bit of a learning curve at first. This looks like it has similar functionality with updated hardware and a but more in the fx generator especially with wash lights

This has to be the best video on the wolfmix ever. Thank you so much for this. I spent hours getting frustrated and simply slowed your video down in spots, and have it all running now. I do have a question for you. I recently bought Chauvet Wellstix 180's and was curious instead of using the Chauvet Wellcom v2 can i somehow connect to them from Wolfmix? Again simply the best tutorial video on the Wolfmix!!! KUDOS!

Hello, are you able to control any type of ADJ lighting and lazers with this controller?or does it have to be a specific lights/lazer?
Can you actually control the the movement of moving heads to create your own movements for scenes? Or only pre-set movements?

If I remember correctly, did you use the ADJ Airstream DMX in the past? I currently yse it, but considering the WM1. Thoughts? I have issues setting strobes, blackout etc.
Is the FLASH similar to the Airstream bridge LTP? Will my light turn off when I tap Flash?

Question to anyone. With a controller, can you mix and match different manufacturers' lights, or do they have to be all the same brand?
Also, if you don't have a controller but still want to sync different brand lights together with a dmx cable, does it still work in master/ slave mode?

Pretty cool. I use to run a small lighting and sound production company in AZ before C-19 killed it. I was always looking for nice and small controllers that were inexpensive for small events. I've used everything from MYDMX 2.0/3.0, LightRider app. Then I started to use the Elation Obsidian or Onyx keyboard type controller which I had to hire lighting techs to run program and run which included the Avolites controllers which I rented a lot. It's cool that it has 3-pin & 5-pin DMX and multiple universes which can be important for lots of lighting fixture or many channels per fixture.

How'd you like the lightrider app? I believe that's what's included with ADJ MYDMXGO. It looks like a cheap simple to use yet fairly power solution was there anything you didn't like about it?
Is this controller can use one led strips and any China dmx light ?

Love my ADJWMX1, My non dmx wife loves it and wants to learn more. Using with 18 rockville wedges and strips, 4 freedom sticks, entour chill, Prox cold sparkers. Planning for a pair of Chauvet 360s. Wireless donner and a Difi unit send the signal out. Mounted the WMX1 on a small stand. Next project for this unit is a powerbank to make it portable. Coming from Sound Switch and the antiquated DMX mixers. SS is good and will work, WMX1 is just more easier to use in my opinion.

You mentioned this is not a set it and forget it unit. I 'm running Rekordbox so I can't use Sound Switch and the MyDMXGO is on back order everywhere. So what would you suggest to run 2 Wash Hexes with different scenes? I really don't want to have them run just off the music.

honestly, after watching your video i went like a-1 point on buying this controller, I had used mega lite disco and Elation emulator, long story short, Im need a new controller software for my fixtures. I was leaning for adj cause you can run 4 univers and works as aDMX spliter. then again after seen how it laid out on you video, I feel not so intuitive... have you use the serato sound switch? it sounds like its takes more work to get it working but cant beat the ability to set show to each song. that very atractive funcion. im also looking at maestro DMX but that like last option...

So im half way through and still wondering if there are automated light shows built in or ones that are sound activated. If there was i think that would be the lead topic so im assuming it doesnt. The reality is most mobile djs dont have time to run a light controller or the money to hire a lighting technician. I know there are products coming that take the work out of it and when they hit its going to kill this.

@@LaRoog there are two that I have seen that are advertising using AI to control the shows. I believe there retaking pre-orders and for me are a little pricing for something I can't yet see operate but if they work as describe they should be great for those of us that don't wanna spend half our time programming and running lights. I did also find a current solution that looks like it would be make a nice show and requires very light work. The ADJ MYDMXGO. It's designed to be controlled with a tablet or ipad and has lots of built in shows and effects. It's around $250 and looks like it could be a good solution till the next wave of technology is ready

The customer dumps tracks into the bingo machine and the bingo machine spits out a song...G52, G52. But the machine can't read a dancefloor or sense the mood in a room. Was G52 the right song AT THAT TIME? They tried similar 💩 in the 80's...the computer always mixed the same tie songs in the same 3xact place...every time. Exciting, isn't it? 🤮
