To add onto other people's explanations, they couldn't use the Weather Report disk because Pucci's ability is needed to do so. Also, a really cool thing about this moment was that there was no way for Pucci to lose except by his own hand. He was the only one left with agency in the new universe. This is why Emporio says the line about letting Pucci change his fate; he's not speaking in metaphors, its literally what had to happen to create a chance to beat Pucci. There's honestly so much room for the viewer to interpret the ending of Stone Ocean. My personal take is that it isn't possible to change fate, and that fate is a metaphysical concept that exists outside of time. Pucci's fate was for his head to be crushed by the stand Weather Report. It could potentially have happened when they first fought in their hometown, or when Weather and Anasui fought him in Orlando. But despite it not happening there, it was destined to happen at some point. Even though he's operating outside of fate, fate works around him to manifest his destiny. A destiny that he, ironically, is not aware of due to being immune from his stand's abilities. He's so zealous in the belief that Dio's plan is his destiny, that he remains blind to his own fate even as he dies.
If it makes you feel better, its confirmed that its there original souls in this new world. When a soul doesnt transfer over, it makes the people look weird and different. (like that jotaro and jolyne) But Pucchis plan was was canceled so their souls came back, but with better lives because Pucchi no longer exists.
One beautiful thing about this ending is also that Hermes's sister is still alive. Like.. a kind of a happy ending for them and at the same time very bittersweet...
It will be adapted of course but i think a different studio would adapt part 7 because recently, David's production stated that the horse in part 7 are hard to animate. I just hope that ufotable, WIT, or mappa animate part 7 because it is the best part though.
The Jotaro they're meeting at the end is the real deal Jotaro we've always known. Irene _is_ Jolyne. Jolyne undid The bad guy's bad-guyery retro-actively even more than Hayato! She erased _Pucci._ _Completely._ She won the biggest victory of any Joestar. Jolyne didn't lose her life or her soul or the fight, she traded a terrible past for a perfect one.
Finally, the day has come for Jami to finally react to the final episode of Stone Ocean, thanks for the patience you give us Jami, what an amazing journey to arrive at the final climax.
nice reaction, technically they are the exact same people, but these are their alternate versions if pucci never existed, which is why jolyne is named irene since she isn’t fated to fight for something in her blood line
your thoughts are exactly mine. they're similar people, but they're not the same. if i was in that situation, making friends with irene and co. would feel like a betrayal of the originals.
He went from supporting side character to the one who ended the final boss once and for all. Emporio, aside from good ol' Speedwagon, you'll always be the ultimate Jo-Bro (Joestar Ally) to me. Also, this finale was very true to form; Bizarre in every sense of the word. Then again, the series would be completely different if it wasn't bizarre lol And yeah, they may be different, but the fact that she went to try and keep a kid she just met dry from the rain with her sweater proves that it's still her, on the inside.
Basically, pucci doesn't exist in this world. So part 1 to 5 still happens. But since Pucci isn't sending anyone to attack jotaro anymore, he can spend time with his family and jolyne no longer has the cursed responsibility of joestar lineage. That's why even though she's still her, her name is changed. This is the best ending araki has ever written. While we r sad that the characters we know are dead, they have better and ideal life they would want and deserve in this universe. It's a wonderful world for them.
Thank you Araki... Thank you David Production... This ending is the epitome of the phrase from Cowboy Bebop "You're Gonna Carry That Weight." I'm still floored by how Part 6 was not only the end of a part but the end of an era. Parts 7 to 9, (part 9 just started btw) take place in a new universe. I look forward to the day parts 7 and on get animated. Until then, if anyone is interested in more, I highly recommend you read part 7 onward.
tl;dr, the Anakiss/Irene timeline is the original one, however Pucci is dead now in that timeline, so Parts 1 to 5 still exist as is, but since Pucci didn't exist, DIO had no one to transfer his plans for Heaven to, so once he was dealt with, there was no more threat to that Joestar's bloodline, hence their different lives.
Weather report usually works with the users feelings, so we can say that the last scene where it starts to rain its emporio's doing with weather since he is sad and makes it rain because of it
This was a bitter sweet finale indeed. Emporio may have to carry that burden for the rest of his life, that's just upsetting to think about. But at least now he still has weather report, and he was a badass during that fight with Pucci. Anyway, the Alternate Ermes, Irene, Anakiss. They may not be exactly the same but they are the same people, theu have the same consciousness, they just never have any memories of Emporio, because they never have to go to the prison in the first place, and since Pucci doesn't exist in this universe, there will be no reason for that to happen. I haven't excepted this ending ever since I've read the manga, but looking back, it makes sense. It ends the Joestar Curse once and for all, because there is no Pucci in their lives to continue the Joestar Curse. Everything before like parts 1 - 5 still happens but with these versions of them, nothing changes. Just the events of Stone Ocean that don't exist. People like Giorno, Mista, Trish, Rohan, Josuke etc, who are still alive. They're still gonna be the same, they're just not gonna remember what happened. They're not gonna know what fully happened like Emporio. Roundabout is perfect for this ending. Because it shows that the Original JoJo'a Adventure has finally come full circle. It's sad to think about but it is bitter sweet. Great reaction nonetheless ❤ I'll miss your reactions to JoJo. I was really looking forward to seeing this reaction. Maybe you can create some JoJo Tierlists if that's something you wanna do. I can't wait to see you venture through the new chapter that is part 7 :D
You know I had the same exact reaction when I read the ending of the part, I cried so much, also fun fact, or rather theory, Emporio still has weather report (the stand) thats why it started raining when he started crying, just a theory its not confirmed
Basically, Pucci gets to reset the universe, but when he was killed by Emporio he was erased from existence, and because the universe reset and he never existed, certain events changed, from part 1-5 it's pretty much the same thing, with better happy ending to them, and in this universe Jotaro never separated from his wife and he lived and raised Jolyne, because the reason Jotaro stayed away was because Pucci existed and he was afraid that Dio's henchmen would go after his family, so he stayed away to protecting them, but with Pucci never existing, means there are no more subordinates of Dio alive and no danger to him and his family. It can be said that it's a happy ending for everyone, no one became a criminal, everyone lived happily with their families and remain friends, the only sad part is that they don't remember Emporio and FF does not exist in this new universe, but on the other hand, the joestar family finally got rid of their curse, there is no more Dio or people connected to him to keep disturbing their lives, they can live happily in peace now.
Guys, I know the "its gonna take 5 years for next Jojo" might be a joke but. Looking at the gap between releases, we only need to wait approximately 2 years. Still pretty long but I am ultra hyped for Steel Ball Run.
When Jolyne and Jotaro's theme played at the end, it made me cry. As if Jotaro and Jolyne's souls were there watching... As if Jotaro and Jolyne were with Emporio.. haha the Joestars Bloodline huh? They are for sure special I love them
Part 6 has a really divisive ending. But I like to think of it as Part 6 starts with Jolyne being sacrificed for someone else against her will, and it ends with her sacrificing herself for Emporio. Even though she isn't the last person to punch Pucci in the face like we'd like, she's the only joestar to be put in that situation of a no win, and make the right call. She has one of the most poignant character arcs in the entire franchise.
If it helps, they kind of are the same people, because in the Pucchi universe, everyone's souls were left behind and such or whatever, but the place at the end was, if I remember correctly, the first universe, just changed. And I think it's a happy ending because, think about how different they all are compared to before. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's implied that because DIO and Pucchi's influence seemingly didn't happen in this universe, these are if the characters we loved lived happy lives outside of the influence of those villains and got to live happy instead of being constantly fighting for their lives, which is also evident in how Irene and her father seem to have a better relationship then Jotaro and Jolyne had at the start. Also tbh, I'm still kinda sad they didn't get What A Wonderful World for the ED of this part, because that + Roundabout would've been the perfect sendoff imo, but what we got, with the opening and the callbacks to Sono Chi No Sadame (Part 1 OP), Stand Proud (Part 3 OP 1) and such, and Roundabout and all the previous JoJo's was a damn close second
It's been a wonderful duwang everyone from all the way in phantom blood to stone ocean plus love how Araki reboots the series and the finale I really like so much to love here including the OP
Its Iren because a JoJo was no longer needed since they finally removed the curse of DIO and the Jostars finished their job. Also if you watch with the proper song "What a wonderful world" it makes it much more sad
I really enjoyed your reactions from start to finish! I feel for the characters too, especially Jotaro who's been my favorite the day i first seen JJBA! Sad😢 Thanks so much for sharing your reaction videos! It was so satisfying that Pucci was killed and undone by his own stand power, and see everyone reunited free from the curse. ❤
I'm pretty sure Emporio's tears are of joy. Everything is the same. That is still the Jolyne we know, she just has a different name because the Jojo curse has been broken. Emporio basically gave all of them a happier story. They all get to live happy, normal lives and still meet and become friends under better circumstances. Jolyne is going to get married and she's got a better relationship with Jotaro. Pucci was erased from history and as a result everything he did has been erased. This would cause a massive snowball as he did a lot of bad things in his life, including helping Dio spread his influence. With that in mind, we can assume that Dio had a lot less followers during the events of Part 3 and all of the crusaders could still be alive in this timeline.
To clarify, these final ones are essentially the same, but their lives were not affected by Pucci. Possibly they all had happier lives as a whole as well. Showing the star birthmark confirms that this is actually Jolyne. The dead don't get brought back to Made in Heaven's New world, but now that Pucci is dead, they did. So in a sense, they're a reincarnation of the original ones... But it's still them in Spirit.
They're not the same, but they souls are the same, the development of his souls it's the reason that they now are better versions of they self (I hope I have written this correctly, English is not my native language)
Should have known Emporio wins this because of His Name cames from the Emperor. Its Not the best Ending but He needed IT to be Like that for Part 7 i dont spoil IT Here. The pucci IS did Not exist in this world because He was the pucci there are only one in the Same universe so mostly His sister and emporio mother are alive
The universe Emporio ends up in is technically the same, but isn't. That is Jolyne and the crew, but not the versions we started out with. This is a version of them where the Joestar curse is broken, so they have different names and Jolyn is Irene, thus not having the JoJo nickname anymore. Everything from part 1-5 still happens the exact same way, but part 6 is rewritten where everyone is free from the Joestar curse now. Since Emporio defeated Pucci, Jolyne, Jotaro and the other's souls were saved, so that is basically the same people, but time is rewritten. They broke the chains of fate, but because of who they were, they're still drawn together, but in a happier way. It's a wonderful world without Pucci and any ties to Dio now.
Bitter-sweet finale. I feel so sad for Emporio tho... LET'S HOPE WE GET A PART 7 ASAP!!

Yea
One beautiful thing about this ending is also that Hermes's sister is still alive. Like.. a kind of a happy ending for them and at the same time very bittersweet...
I'm gonna miss watching you react to JoJos for all these years. This truly has been a roundabout path❤
Part 7 is my favorite part. I really like the Jojo and the jobros in that one hopefully it will be adapted...
Gyro! ❤
Also it's just on a _whole 'nother level._
It will be adapted of course but i think a different studio would adapt part 7 because recently, David's production stated that the horse in part 7 are hard to animate. I just hope that ufotable, WIT, or mappa animate part 7 because it is the best part though.
@@starkage9987 where did they state that can you give me the source?
@@Skeetawn2ndacc it’s a lie they did say that but never said they wouldn’t do it but we are unsure when it will be announced just gotta wait now
The Jotaro they're meeting at the end is the real deal Jotaro we've always known. Irene _is_ Jolyne. Jolyne undid The bad guy's bad-guyery retro-actively even more than Hayato! She erased _Pucci._ _Completely._ She won the biggest victory of any Joestar.
Jolyne didn't lose her life or her soul or the fight, she traded a terrible past for a perfect one.
that part in the opening where every jojo showing up is in the first opening but reversed❤
There is quite literally zero therapist in existence that can deal with Emporio's trauma.
Ah hell nah is that Q-taro
That’s not bootleg Jotaro that’s Qtaro
part 7 is the reason i stay alive lol just to see them animated
One if the many things I love about jojo is not being afraid to off their own characters for the story
Girl what took you so long?! How could you wait this long to finish this masterpiece? 😢
I watched it the same day I watched ep 36-37 😅😂 so I didn’t wait at all
The star mark signifies JoJo family’s spirits and stands live on in this parallel universe. That’s the touching shot.
Finally!! Jami's Jojo finale reaction. I thought at first that it got copyright or smt that's why i couldn't find it.
I've been waiting for this all of my days
Finally after 3 months of waiting we got her reaction guys.
Even F.F. was there (in a different manner) at the ending. Why not? F.F. was personified as the rain :)
tl;dr, the Anakiss/Irene timeline is the original one, however Pucci is dead now in that timeline, so Parts 1 to 5 still exist as is, but since Pucci didn't exist, DIO had no one to transfer his plans for Heaven to, so once he was dealt with, there was no more threat to that Joestar's bloodline, hence their different lives.
can't wait fot part 7 now
Weather report usually works with the users feelings, so we can say that the last scene where it starts to rain its emporio's doing with weather since he is sad and makes it rain because of it
Try watching the ending with Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World playing in the background and tell us how it feels.
oh god finally i always checked ur channel for this finally😭😭🙏
OMG FINALLY 🎉🎉❤❤
See you in Part 7!
Mozzarella! 😆
Great reaction nonetheless ❤
I'll miss your reactions to JoJo.
The storm represents Emporio's feeling, ma will have some PTSD :(
Oh well, onto part 7, if part 6 alternate universe had taken place in the current years, Father pucci stand would have been God did 😁
Its been years since I watch your First jojos reaction and get in to the finale is something else. ❤ Goodbye OG universe. See you in part 7 🤠
Jotaro dying was a hard pill to swallow
And that's the end of the original story. Part 7 is a reboot of the series
That steel ball run. My favorite part of jojos. WIll probably be a few years from now since Araki is already starting part 9.
About time this reaction dropped, gonna watch it!!
Finally the wait is end
I never clicked on a notification so fast
Same
Its Iren because a JoJo was no longer needed since they finally removed the curse of DIO and the Jostars finished their job. Also if you watch with the proper song "What a wonderful world" it makes it much more sad
It's been 84 years...
Part 7 is a complete reboot of the series. It was originally just called steel ball run, but it was later confirmed to be Jojo's bizarre adventure.
They couldn't use the disc earlier bc Pucci needs to be the one to insert it if it's not their own disc i believe
Remember, all of this because of a wagon accident
Wow I’ve been waiting for this forever lmao
Love the video and keep up the great work
Thank you, I've been waiting this
It was more than just wonderful
It was more than just wonderful
I have been waiting 4 no 5 thousand years for this
1:26 you finally met him... Qtaro Qjo
Yoooooooooooooooooo FINALLY BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG
The part where it hurts me is now Emporio is compeltly alone with ''Strangers'' in an Alternative Universe..
Best jojo ending
1:26 Don't be so rough on my boy Qtaro
The final of the first universe in jojo anime
Steel Ball Run.
It is going to be majestic!
Finally I’ve waited for so long lol
Oh I was afraid this video got erased or something. Glad its finally here.
QTARO LET'S GOOOOOOOO
Well at least they don't have that curse anymore 😓
I'M WAITING FOR SO LONG
1:26 reaction😂
What a journey it has been.
Welcome to the another universe of JoJo where they will start the story there
This is when Araki introduced multiverse exist in the Jojoverse
Indeed it is 😌😌
No por nada el final de stone ocean está calificado como el 17mo final más sorprendente de TODA LA HISTORIA DEL MANGA!
Notification squad 😎
