That was some real slight of hand using the 12mm wrench to "loosen" the choke cable from the carb. No 12mm open end wrench that I have ever found will fit between the carb body and the brass choke fitting. There is a $22 special tool that will do the job. Instead, I cut a slot in a box end wrench and ground down the box end thickness so that it fit between the carb body and the brass fitting. It was a home made tool but it works great.
was looking to see How to install and properly adjust that choke cable . mine is ready to go back together .
I got new carb and my choke cable wont going into the hole because there is a brass threaded thing in the way. My old carb didnt have this. Do I take this out.

My new carb has a different inlet for choke cable, there seems to be a set screw in there , do i remove it, ?
No way plunger and spring will go in my new carb choke inlet, what to do ??

My problem with my throttle cable is that it accelerates when I turn the bike, how would one make that right, just pulling on it makes it accelerate .
Re-route the cable, Make sure it isn’t catching on the brake perch or something else. Once you follow the cable down, typically it is pretty noticeable where it is catching. Thanks for watching. @@MidNebraskaMotorsports thanks that worked, so now I find when I pull the choke it , dies immediately , I can start my bike without the choke but I use to be able to put the choke on when it needed it , now it just chokes out .
