I really like this plan, though I have an issue with the first floor bedroom. Having a bed you cannot walk around is a problem. I think I’d make this a child’s room or office. The larger loft area would be fine as the master bedroom, though going downstairs through the kitchen to the bath would be a bit of a pain.
I agree about the bed. Clearly the architects are young enough to crawl over the bed to make and or plan on sleeping by themselves so no one has to climb over them to go wee at 2am.
How about you reposition the wardrobe so that it next to the door? This will give you room to maneuver one side of the bed. Just a thought
Plus, there's no room for a small bedside table, which is a must-have for me.
This house is perfect for me.

Please consider a plan with double beds away from the wall. Most people would like access on both sides of the bed all things being equal.
2 loft bed is so UNIQUE! but I wish the kitchen is bigger😥😥

👍Positives: 1) You have stairs going to the lofts, not ladders. 2) Even though the living/dining room is small, it's organized and laid out well. The couch looks comfortable, and most people sitting on it can see the TV. 3) The lofts have beautiful windows that actually open.
👎Negatives: 1) So close to a small kitchen is never a good place for the bathroom.To use it, people will have to walk through the small kitchen. Odors from the bathroom will carry into the kitchen. 🤭🤢
2) Speaking of the bathroom, it needs a full shower door and separate flooring from the rest of the bathroom.
3) The kitchen seems too small and definitely needs a dishwasher.
Suggestion: Since there's already a nice front porch, eliminate the back veranda/balcony. In its place, put the bathroom there or enlarge the living/dining room.

No real.privacy in the two upstairs sleeping lofts. You stand up to dress and the person in the other loft can look over and watch you. Not good if there's brother and sister in those areas. Also half walls create a very noisy environment. Noise can echo all thru that design. No chatting in the living room while your kids are up in their "rooms" with their music, games, friends.
You can't stand up in the lofts.
