I have practiced in and off for a few years. This is the first time I felt my lats being recruited. I’m just starting my preparation for 8 angle. Gonna start doing pull ups or rock climbing to master this one. Am I wrong on this?

More of a pushing exercise I woulda thought?
Use a scarf of tie to secure the pose if your arms and legs aren't there yet it will get there I promise
