@@mydoodads okay, this is going to be long, please bear with me. I bought this two and a half years ago and had chained it to my WiFi router just as you have instructed in this guide, it worked just as it was supposed to, had absolutely no problems with it. But today, I've changed my ISP and taken a cheaper WiFi package with better speeds. The problem started when I did a factory reset on the range extender and tried connecting to the TP-Link_Extender_2.4Ghz ISSD on my laptop. It just wouldn't connect at all, always telling me that there is "limited access to the internet". The website "tplinkrepeater.net", which is actually required for the setup, just wouldn't load at ALL. Please help me out here, I'm really fed up with this and would appreciate any and all help.

Hi Aayush
I just opened a brand new TP-Link TL-WA850RE to see if I can help troubleshoot this problem. While not exactly the same model as you are using, it’s close enough to see if I can replicate the problem.
Which good news, I can.
So to get around the problem you will need a spare network cable and a computer with a network port.
If you connect one end of the network cable to the network port on the TP-Link extender. Then turn off WiFi on your computer and plug the other end of the network cable into your computer. You should find that you can connect to the web configuration page via tplinkrepeater.net
