Love listening to you every Tuesday with my family, including my 26 year old daughter with Down Syndrome. She asks every week when you’re coming to Fort Wayne so she can listen to you “for real”. So glad she wasn’t in the room when you used the word “f-tard”. I know your intent was not malicious, but please, please, please understand how hurtful this word is to people with developmental delays and to the people who love them. Just wanted to take an opportunity to raise awareness. You’ll always be a favorite in our house!

Omg. My blood pressure started increasing when you were reading all the corporate lists. I worked 25 years in corporate and It has been 10 years since my last corporate gig. I think I have PTSD. Lol

Have you attended the Edinburgh Fringe Festival? I was researching it just this week. Do they have a lot of stand up? I think it would be a fun and exciting adventure to perform stand up outside the United States.
@@amybrowncomedy Yeah, we try and attend as much as we can each year. It is a huge platform for stand ups so you won’t have to travel far to find a venue. Comics from the States are always loved. There is an odd connection between Scotland and America. We would love to see you here!

When I first started working there, I sent emails like I did like when I was working in an emergency room, like uh this dumbass wants this. Got wrote up ! Learned you have to find people at work that u can talk like a normal human too. The suits have NO sense of humor at ALL ! You reading those emails honestly was lining up with things I was reading from work. Thanks for helping me get through my “sell out” job with the suits.

I saw a hidden valley ranch ad in a magazine...and they were advertising candy corn ranch. Is that an actual thing? Anyone know? I wasn't sure if the ad was just being festive or if hidden valley has candy corn colored ranch for Fall. When I saw the ad...I laughed and immediately thought of Kathleen and Paddles talking ranch dressing in the pub.
Hahaha. I get to work from home in my pajamas. It is sweet. I don't have to talk to anyone or sell anything, either. I process and adjust insurance claims. It CAN be done, but it has drawbacks as well. Not enough to have to get up early, shower, or commute though.

Part 2 re: April in Wyoming. OMFG! Im from rural TX so this isn't to trash anyone. People work hard, get dirty and they should do whatever pleases them. Here goes: When I lived in Denver I had to frequently travel btwn Denver and Casper. I had a customer named Traci. 50ish lady. She dressed and walked like a male ranch hand, had the dirtiest fingernails ever on a woman and had a big wad of chew in her permanently pooched out cheek and tobacco flakes & stains all up in her teeth. I almost wet my pants I just wanted to laugh so badly. It was a struggle to keep composure. I laughed outloud when you mentioned "April from Wyoming". 🤣
