The black cards @ 5:33 are tabs for corresponding cards. So if you get a card that has Earth Shock, you would put it in the Shaman tab. Same goes for other spells and Alliance or Horde Allies.
Idk. I just cracked open a Dark Hearthstone Portal when I bought a few starter decks from my LGS when I wanted to try the game. Honestly, Footsteps of Illidan looks sweet for only $5.

where having the big minion on the board is not "retardedly" advantageous because minions usually "go to the doctor at the end of the turn"...unless they have cancer counters (aka wither)
