Thanks - for your tip - just think for a second a minute or few minutes - don’t think for too long in future -it’s unreal kinda tricks which your mind plays on you - ( its not limited to Claustrophobia- it works in a lot of life situations -) it’s evolved like this for long - to keep you safe ( when our forefathers were living in forests/ caves) - luckily we no more live in there -in majority of cases it’s unreal - not in danger zone ( whether physical or mental phobia )--though such fears danger zones replace other shapes like insecurity fears sham humiliation frustrations disappointments failures - and the likes -- thanks and appreciation for your sharing such effective tips- !!

thats exactly what i discovered 2 years ago when I started to have panic attacks. that i m stuck in life. and its connected with physical feelings. Now its time again i feel stacked and my claustrophobic feelings are stronger again. But with a lot of work on myself i can handle it. sometimes better sometimes worse. thank you for approving my theory

I never thought about them being connected but now that I think about it this way it's true! When I'm in a good mood I'm fine but when I'm stressed and worried I get panic attacks! Even on the trains I've been taking for years. Thank you for your video. Will think about things differently now.👏

Right, I know that experience. Keep working on resolving your underlying issues and I think the claustrophobia should take care of itself.

Thanks a lot, I'm convinced that both are related, 4 years ago I was in a hall watching movie with my girlfriend, our relationship was going through a bad phase and I knew it would be called a break-up but still dragging it, back then I had to run, although it was a panic attack, but I guess it was 70% of a claustrophobia, I had to run for life from there, outside in the air, it was alright, I don't feel the same while watching the movie.

I gotta say my claustrophobia is becoming less and less as I'm finding more space in my life. Like, if I'm mentally feeling stuck that's when clasustro hits me hard, but when I feel free internally, I can get stuck inside a train and not feel the usual uneasiness.

His voice was calming. Maybe yours is the opposite, or your parents were, causing you to not relate.

He’s offering his experience and tips that worked for him. The question is, why are you threatened by someone’s experience and sharing of information? Work on yourself.
